Made for a good nights sleep 🛌
From the minute we walked in to paying, Chris was welcoming, polite, full of knowledge and managed to put a package together that made us take a few more items than we first came in for, but at a price we were comfortable with. A great all round experience and a great sleep on our new mattresses. The delivery service delivering our mattresses and removing the old ones was also done politely and efficiently.

Lisa was honestly just a star 🌟 there was a couple of minor Issues with the delivery company (not Archers)

Great purchasing experience
The sales person Douglas was absolutely fantastic. He was very thorough & listened to our needs & requirements. He did not try to oversell or push lots of other goods onto us. The selection of goods in store was great which allowed us to test & pick the perfect product for us. Extremely happy with service so far. Archers sleep centre…
We chose to go to Archers sleep centre based on their clear offers advertised online. The nearest store was in the West Way retail park in Cumbernauld. Lots of available parking. The store was clean and well laid out. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Steven Frew's customer service was exceptional. He had superb knowledge of the beds we were looking at, extremely patient with our questions, and sensitively enquired about our ailments to help choose the correct mattresses for us both. We left the store feeling we had made the right choice, and can't wait for our bed to arrive.
