If I could give less than one star, I would. I paid for a subscription to Archaeology magazine for my son in law for a Christmas gift. He never received a magazine. I wrote a letter and sent a copy of my cancelled check to subscription services months ago and never received a response. I clicked on the, "Contact Us" link on the website, but it isn't linked to anything. This was a disappointment and a waste of money.
I subscribed 3 months ago, I was so excited for the magazine to arrive, but it did not arrive. the website said when I subscribed to wait for 6 to 8 weeks, I sent a message to them several times but they did not replay, and I even sent them on Twitter.
