Incorrect order. 3/33/24

I ordered food. Mobile order. Order was incorrect. I had to wait 30 min to get my food
I ordered 2 fish for $6 and Kings Hawaiian fish meal. Fries were cold , l received only the Kings Hawaiian fish. No fish sandwiches.. I am very upset. This is the Arby's in South Eclid.Ohi. tried calling the Mgr. Line was constantly busy.

Arby's in Prattville AL has…

Arby's in Prattville AL has progressively gotten worse over the years.

As a resident here in Prattville, AL. (11 years) It is sad to see these restaurants close and go out of business but I certainly understand why. This store is dirty, windows are nasty, parking lots are full of trash and the employees act like they don't want you there.

It is now to the point where you can't even order at the drive-thru due to the rude employees who resistantly take your order. They act like we (their customers) are bothering them. They have no desire to express customer service, much less take your order. Today (03/22/2024 @ 4:55 PM CST) will be the last time that our family will ever visit this store.

We have had issues before with this Arby's but this is enough. They are no longer an option!

Additionally, this store is located in a very busy area in Prattville, AL. (On the corner of Main Street and Sheila Blvd) This city is beautiful and is always progressing, we don't need this eye sore in the middle of our city.

Most locals warn again this Arby's Prattville, AL. store and now we fully understand why.

I pull up and ask about the 2 for $6.00…

I pull up and ask about the 2 for $6.00 roast beef. The person inside was arguing with me saying it was only for fish. The billboard was right there at the entrance, but he insisted that it did NOT say that. I decided to just leave and go to McDonald’s instead. Today, March 19, 2024, that signs says 2 for $6.00 roast beef. Shame on the snotty man at the window. There’s a reason people don’t go to arbys as they used to.

Disappointed customer!

Received my orders in good time! Had the Bacon Brown Sugar BLT for the first time! This was the first time I had a huge disappointment with Arby's food. Couldn't even taste the Bacon...way too much sugar! Will not purchase this sandwich again!

Arby’s in falcon Colorado needs to be…

Arby’s in falcon Colorado needs to be shutdown, nobody who works there deserves a job. Literally you order cheese sticks and never get marinara sauce, you order jalapeño poppers and never get dipping sauce, you order a French dip and never get dip, you can’t even ask for Arby’s or horsey sauce because you won’t get it, I’m surprised they remember to put roast beef on the bun. The worst I complained last time and it’s been months since I’ve ordered and here we go again just wasting my money on this poison again

Onalaska, WI - COLD FOOD

Order roast beef sandwich, crinkle fries, and soda. HOW COME the roast beef sandwiches are COLD, but the crinkle fries are hot? Tired of ordering food that should be hot, but it is cold! Went to check-out lane to order again 2/16/2024 and mentioned sandwiches were cold on 2/13/2024, and asked if they could please make sure the roast beef sandwiches were hot. No comment from employee, so told them to forgot it. Not wasting time waiting in line to again get cold food.

I liveHendersonville North Carolina…

I live in Hendersonville North Carolina and I went to the Arby's on four seasons boulevard. And Arby's has a 2 for 6 special. When I asked for the two for six special at the counter the clerk had no damn idea what I was talking about and she whispered in a whisper voice I could barely hear her talk. I had to tell her about her own down special at Arby's. She was completely clueless and the manager stuck up for her. She wouldn't talk above a whisper so I started talking in a whisper tone I said do you like to hear that I said I can hear you perfectly I'm not deaf, why does Arby's have somebody taking your order that doesn't even know what the hell they are selling. I'm afraid that they spit in my food. You never know I'm never going there again to any of the Arby's because the last time I went they gave me an old gyro . The mate was old and it didn't taste good and I threw it in the trash.$10 to throw it in the trash. Welcome to Arby's

Argumentative and nosy manager

It was a huge disappointment dealing with your unprofessional, untrained, arrogant, argumentative and nosy manager Rachon. He argued with me about a coupon. Instead of getting me what I ordered, he was so busy trying to read my comments about dealing with him. I had to ask him to get my food instead of reading what I was writing and arguing with me. I asked for the district manager's telephone number and he claimed not to know it.

Bruce is the BEST customer service…

Bruce is the BEST customer service experience I have had in 3 years at least. He was smiling, listened carefully, cared enough to spell my name correctly, and moved fast. He told every new customer he would be right with them while he worked on my order. This guy deserves to be a regional manager. He made up for all the crap, rude service that is out there the past few years. What an amazing shining star Arby's in McMinnville, Oregon, has! Thank you Bruce! We will be back and hoping we see you again.

Gainesville, Ga Store 1030

I'm here from out of state and just want to say that I stopped at this Arby's and that Amy H went out of her way to make sure that I did not have any issues/problems with my order! She was very professional, courteous and respectful even though I could tell she was not feeling well.

No Buns Friday

I just came home from Arby’s ,a 3-5minute drive. The fries were room temperature. The order # DT339 boxes containing sandwiches were soggy there were No top buns! I asked for horsey sauce…..NONE !!! And they weren’t busy!!!! This was a very bad experience and I hope measures will be taken to insure the service and quality return to previous standards.

I went to the Union Avenue location in Memphis, Tn and ordered 2 buffalo chicken sliders...........why did I get 2 VERY STALE AND HARD chicken sliders w/OUT BUFFALO SAUCE but it did include SOME HARD SLIMY WHAT LOOKS LIKE CHEESE ON IT? I mean, HOW HARD is it to punch buttons on the register for an item? I'M DONE

Ordered a Reuben sandwich

Ordered a Reuben sandwich. Bread wasn't toasted and the pastrami was a chunk of grissel. Pretty clear the crew had no clue.

I was at an Arby’s storefront in…

I was at an Arby’s storefront in Lincoln NE today. As part of my order I asked for a plain hamburger (meat and bun, nothing else). Without saying a word, the associate proceeded to ring up the $6.99 burger and removed all the toppings, leaving me paying $6.99 for a piece of meat and bun. When I brought this to the attention of the store manager, I was told yup, that’s the way it works.

The What a rip off, I’m pretty sure that had I been informed that was the only way they can do it I would have cancelled the order and went to McDonald’s and ordered 7 burgers off of the dollar menu.

It will be a great long time before I give another fine to this franchise, rather, I will seek out a competitor who is more customer friendly vs. this money grab.

If I could give a zero rating, I would

Ordered 2 classic beef & cheddar…

Ordered 2 classic beef & cheddar sandwiches for $3 ea online & 2 small fries for $1 each. $15.30. App would not work so we went up to Arbys. Got charged $4.39 each for classic beef & cheddar with NO CHEDDAR & $2.39 for small fries. I called & was told if I'd ordered online the prices were $3 & $1, I said the online ordering would not take. AND there was NO CHEDDAR on the classic beef & cheddars.
We will NEVER eat at Arby's again, this is the 3rd time Arby's in Selmer, TN has screwed up our order.

Welcome to Good Burger! Home of the Good Burger! Did you watch the sequel?

There was an extremely nice/professional woman that I met, who took her job seriously and even stated the famous line of "Welcome to Good Burger, home of the good burger, can I take your order?" from the Good Burger movie! It was truly an honor, to be able to order at Arby's for all of these years, but unfortunately took a long break from the restaurant due to their high prices and dealing with being creatively bankrupt for awhile. However, no matter the day time or hour, Arby's always delivers on excellent customer service, fresh food and putting a smile on my face. Ordering Arby's during the Good Burger 2 promotional week (and during Thanksgiving) was truly an unforgettable experience. Their Good Burger 2 meal will be missed next year! It was one of their best menu options, next to the Double Waygu burger meal, their Italian subs and roast beef n cheddar sandwiches! I highly recommend giving Arby's another chance, because everyone deserves it in this lifetime. Thank you Arby's for staying true to who you are after all of these years! My only criticism is their sauce, that causes a lot of gastrointestinal issues.
