I purchased the Segmental Body Scale CS10K in February 2026, and initially it worked without issues. However a month in, the scale started making bizarre readings of body fat percentage. The swing would be 6% different one day to the next, impossible to get an accurate or even just consistent reading. That is essentially the entire benefit of this scale, otherwise I would have just purchased a normal one. I messaged support, and they suggested I remove the batteries to reset, which worked for 1 week, and has stopped working again! Their latest advice is to step on this scale with wet feet and hands?!!! Ridiculous. Save yourself the money and the trouble, and go with a different brand. Not only is the product bad, the support is even more unhelpful.
