Currently staying here and feel like the staff is very dismissive. Was initially very impressed by the check in process and updated rooms, but after spending some time in the room our opinion quickly shifted. We tried to get the temperature in the room to go down or even for the machine to just blow air for circulation. We were told by the staff that the room is kept at 19c by “latest-generation home automation” and if we needed some circulation they suggested to “open the window so you can get some fresh air”. As the hotel is located relatively central, opening the window will bring in a lot of noise as well as a fair amount of pollution. As my husband is quite susceptible to dust, that isn’t exactly an option for sleeping conditions.
