Unprofessional place

I am rating this place with one star due to a communication issue with Joery Rentinck and Bianca Kassenberg from Aquayara.
I don't know the reason behind not replying to the emails i was sending to them since May2022!
They have replied to my emails once that i will have to contact them again by Dec to arrange a swimming test to determine the level of my son!
2 days before i move to Lelystad i have emailed them to arrange the swimming test appointment , but since then and with me emailing them more than 5 reminder emails and i also CC all the emails i have found for Aquayara then they came up with a lie that they have replied to me !!! such a cheap lie form unprofessional workers.
I ask them to proof that they have emailed me but of course they did not .
Its unprofessional association due to the people they run this business and i dont advice handing your kids to them.
All communications saved for review.
