Excellent experience sending flowers for my mother in France via the website from the UK
I was able to add a photo message and choose the date and either morning or afternoon delivery
I was informed when the flowers were out for delivery with a photo of the bouquet before they were sent.
They arrived within the time slot selected and were in great condition.
My mother was absolutely thrilled with her beautiful flowers and I was so happy with both the flowers and excellent service.
I’ve used several floral delivery services over the years and have more than not have had issues of some kind or another! So I am pleased to have found a service that has provided perfectly!

Very bad - do not use
I have used this company before and always been good but have now had a very bad experience. I ordered flowers and chocolates for my 81 year old mother for Mother’s Day and they were due to be delivered today, 14.3.26. I made sure my father knew to expect them and that they were at home all day and listening out between 08:00-14:00. The flowers did not arrive, no delivery was attempted, no one called his French mobile number (he speaks fluent French). He then had a text that said ‘you were not in and we will try again on 17.3.26’ - which is in 4 days time. I know from the email the flowers were prepared for delivery last night and so they will be 5 days old and ruined by then.
There is no customer service open at Aquelle for me to speak to today, and their landline French telephone number did not work. This order cost over €70 ! And my mother has nothing on Mother’s Day.
Do not use, I will not again and expect a full refund …

Beautiful Flowers - Super Easy Website
The Aquarelle website is really easy to use. There is a wide range of beautiful flowers and my mom has always loved her gifts. Delivery is also really easy to arrange and it's great to be able to pick a day for the delivery. I highly recommend Aquarelle.

Great experience ordering flowers from the USA
We live in the USA and ordered a bouquet of roses to be delivered to our daughter who lives in France. The process of ordering online was easy. We even had the option to include a card with our own photo at no additional charge. I love that they email a webcam photo of the order as it leaves the warehouse. The prices are reasonable, too. I reached out to them on WhatsApp when there was a payment issue to have them retry payment. I was assured by the person there that everything was still going as expected. It is now Valentines Day and the surprise has been RUINED. How can you screw up like this on Valentine’s Day?

Flowers not received
Flowers ordered to be delivered over a day ago. So far, not received and no contact. Phone line cuts off and chat is offline. Unable to confirm where they are or when they will be delivered. Very disappointing they are for a birthday.
