I did expect to pay a premium for the product and delivery as I knew they were in Belfast. I was wrong on both counts.

Excellent seamless parts service
Remote stopped working, and we didn't fit the shower - it came with the house. The model number is helpfully right there on the front, Google took me to the product page, click, order, 2 days later it comes, works first pull, magic. Excellent seamless parts service.
