Although the price and delivery were fine the liner was not sufficiently wrapped. Some of the liner was exposed during transit.

Pond liner purchase
Ordered a 4x5m, 0.75mm thick EPDM pond liner with underlay. They arrived within the specified delivery time but on separate days (FedEx delivery/ tracking is terrible) The liner seems good quality but it arrived with a patched up hole at its centre. Not great but it's not leaking at the moment. Have emailed the company but no response.

Good product and overall reliable
I had excellent phone contact to advise me on the product availability and instructions for pick up on short notice.
When I came the factory the order had not been processed, and I had to wait for it to be prepared and for paper work, which was surprising.
However I should say everybody was nice and helpful, it just took much more time than I anticipated. I strongly recommend the company and the products.

Great Product at a good price
This is a good quality liner for the price. Ordering was easy and I have no problem with the company, although the delivery company they used (FedEx) were unreliable and moved the delivery back 3 times without any real explanation or apology, causing much inconvenience.
