Rude unprofessional technician
Concerned about the newly installed machine salt consumption, a technician was sent.
The guy was the most unprofessional, unrespectful & rude service technician Ive ever met. Not only he didn’t check the water salt levels or the machine but he also felt entitled to be condescending towards me and accused me of wanting free bags of salt. Who cares about a bag of salt when a more than 1000€ machine doesn’t work!!
Needless to say, I’ve sent a complaint to Aqua service about this man and I never received a reply from them.

FRAUD!
Service man missed his appointment by 3 hours. But seemingly claimed that he had serviced our water filter, which he obviously didn't. So we got the invoice. I called the office and explained. They said they'll check. If they won't call back, all is ok and I don't need to pay. 2 weeks later I got a reminder. I called back and emailed. Got rude reply that they're just doing their job. Seems like their job is FRAUD: to invoice for work not done and horrass clients?
