I changed my bank card, so the payment did not go through. After being a client for 5 years, they immediately cut off my service and increased my price.
Basically, they held my database hostage the same way ransomware would. I would NOT trust this company.

we have been a client of Apptivo for around 8 years now, customer support used to be ok but now is pretty absent - have raised a number of issues with them in the past couple of months and none have been responded to or resolved. The lack of customer service for a paid service is not satisfactory and so we have reached the lost will to live stage and will now look to migrate to a different provider.
All the negitive reviews are real. They take your money and run. Support is sporadic and they don't offer any refunds if you're not happy.
Our company chose Apptivo as it seemed like a perfect fit for our company during the sales process.
We signed up for their Ultimate Plane along with the Professional Implementation Service. We were charged $4000 for the implementation and were happy to do so as we wanted this process to be as painless as possible.
Its been over a year since we started the process and the program does not have the functionality we expected. We cancelled the subscription renewal for year 2 with Apptivo and they still charged our card regardless. We disputed the charge.
After a year the software was not functioning to our expectation, our team had not been trained and we were so frustrated we moved on to a competitor of Apptivo.
We have asked Apptivo to refund our subscriptions and our set up fee as neither were implemented to our expectations. They have refused.
The competitor had us up and running in less than a month. I would not recommend Apptivo based upon my experiences.
I was looking for a CRM solution as a freelancer. I found Apptivo on an online forum and saw that you could get a lot of functionality for a reasonable price.
I tested Apptivo for about 2 weeks but I kept running into bugs, the platform felt slow and the UI wasn't great. I let them know today that it wasn't for me.
I think a small or medium sized business might find the suite beneficial, but it was too much unnecessary clutter for me. On top of that, it takes a lot of time to set up, which made me feel I spent more time configuring it than using it.
Honestly one of the worst CRM systems I have ever used, and I have used every single one in the last 30 years
Slow, ugly, unorganised, no structure, doesnt make sense, you have to repeat your notes and tasks in several places on every call or lead, simply just really really bad
