Polite but ineffective direct marketing staff.

I was called. I asked for my number to be removed from the Approved Life database. I was assured this had been done.

I was called again. I again asked for my number to be removed from the Approved Life database. I was again assured this had been done.

I was then called 6 times in one day (I was not available to answer the phone).

I never even wanted to do business with Approved Life, I was trying to buy a life insurance policy from Legal and General.

Please fix your dial-out marketing process.

I spoke to a lady called Monique today, she was lovely, very patient and willing to explain things to me (more than once at times)..After we had finished the telephone conversation, I was very satisfied that everything she had explained to me, I fully understood, and more than confident to proceed to take out a Policy.

Amna was brilliant, really friendly and good knowledge of the products. Great sense of humour and talked to me like a human not a pushy sales person, even better she called back when she said she would. Would highly recommend her to friends and family to sort there insurances out. Thanks Amna

Very helpful and professional

I had been dreading changing my life insurance, so much so that I overpaid on my premiums for 8 years to avoid doing it. I went online and submitted my details then shortly after received a call from Amna. She was absolutely fantastic to deal with and made the whole experience hassle free and actually enjoyable. Friendly, helpful and seem to show a genuine interest in trying to find me the best solution. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend, not just the company, but Amna to friends and family.
