Don’t waste your money.

There is absolutely ZERO customer support. After paying for the software, I could never get it to work. I never was able to get support from them. I gave up for a while and when I tried to use it…it expired. So I purchased it a 2nd time. Same issues. 8 months now I haven’t been able to get it to work at all. I email them. A week later, I get a 1-2 sentence “update and reinstall” (even though I sent a screenshot prior showing it was updated). A couple of weeks go by. Email again and I get the same response or a vague 1-2 sentence response. But no actual help. No way to have a phone conversation with the 1 person who responds (I’m guessing it’s just one guy running the show).

Basically…he’s taken my money twice and the software hasn’t worked once.

I suggest doing the research, find a company that has actual support, make sure there isn’t a song limit on how many DRMs they will remove, make sure they have a refund policy in case it doesn’t work.

But avoid this one. He scammed me twice.

Their DRM converter works very badly:

If you remove focus from the application window while the conversion is going on, the conversion rate slows down to about a tenth of normal speed after a minute, which pretty much rules out converting stuff in the background.

They advertise that chapters get converted as well. This does not work at all. It makes completely unusable chapters that have absolutely no relation with the originals.

I've been sending support request emails to them for well over a month, but they are simply not answering.

I guess they know they can't help.
