The staff are extremely helpful. We described what we were after and were guided towards a different product that would suit our needs better that we hadn't even considered (more hard-wearing and durable). After researching several flooring companies and obtaining multiple quotes, I can confidently say that choosing Apple Flooring was the best decision I made. While other companies seemed focused solely on making a sale, Denise and her team at Leigh on Sea Branch stood out for their knowledge, professionalism, expertise, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction from the very first interaction.

The quality of the LVT flooring is exceptional. The finish is flawless, the installation was completed to the highest standard, and the transformation of my home has exceeded all expectations, and I am extremely happy with the final results. Every detail was carefully considered, and the workmanship and fitting is far superior to what was offered by other competitors I spoke with.

What really sets Apple Flooring apart, however, is their customer service. From the initial consultation to the final handover, the team went above and beyond at every stage. They took the time to answer questions, offer expert advice, keep me informed throughout the process, and ensure everything was perfect before they left. Have used Apple Flooring for my own and customers own projects. The staff at both locations are so so helpful and customer focused.

The showrooms have everything and more than you would expect. The prices they offer to me and clients are ultra competitive. The product knowledge that both Mark & Denise have is amazing.

They always find a solution for me and go the extra mile for customer service.

It’s worth going to see both showrooms in Leigh and Basildon. You won’t be disappointed

Visited the Basildon showroom, great choice of flooring. Spoke to mark who were friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Ordered some flooring which was delivered and fitted on time. I would use them again for my next flooring needs.

Have used bothe the Leigh on sea and Basildon showroom on numerous flooring projects for myself and customers. All the staff have been helpful and informative and have always gone the extra mile. Thanks for all the help and advice you give.

Shambles from start to finish. 5 months from payment to completion. Work delayed. Products either not ordered or incorrectly placed. Fitter supplied not Amtico accredited. Fitter used expandable filler instead of glue. The result was damaged existing oak flooring, stained the laid carpet which was then fraying due to it being pulled up and then relayed. He poured scree down my toilet! Flooring laid with gaps, uneven surface, and brass not mitred. Explanation given, “you don’t have to be Amtico trained to lay, but confident in doing so”. No appeasement. Works now put right but no call from company to confirm satisfaction. However I was asked to sign a document which I refused as it was delivered as a satisfaction survey but appeared more as a waiver of any further comebacks to the company. I regret choosing this company and trusting them with my home. I would not recommend. Beware of fake reviews. One person here was majorly involved in my fitting and appears others are friends of the owners. Fake!
