The box is a crucial part of the Pitaka product, as it contains a unique serial number. Neither the website nor the order confirmation email informed me of this. How can I give this as a gift? Terrible experience buying from this company. Helaas :(

Het klopt inderdaad dat wij sommige AirPods hoesjes zonder verpakking versturen, dit is omdat het dan door de brievenbus past. Het bespaart u en ons kosten. We vinden het vervelend dat u het zo ervaart, maar ik zie dat we nog in contact met u hierover zijn. Dus een slechte review plaatsen vinden wij dan ook niet helemaal terecht.

Waardeloos retourbeleid. De Apple watch trail loop is een zeer matig product. Slechte connectoren en nog slechts slechter klittenband.

20+ days, no delivery, no refund — Very bad experience.
I ordered a MacBook Air case from Applehoes more than 20 days ago and it never arrived. I sent them all the proof of payment and screenshots showing that the delivery was stuck, but instead of helping me, they accused me of having already received the item and trying to get my money back. I clearly asked for either a refund or a replacement, but they refused to do anything. Very dishonest and unprofessional company — I really tried to resolve this in good faith, but they simply don’t care

Didn't want to refund price difference
I had placed an order for the grey Caudabe Sheath which was €34,90. Was not in stock when I ordered it, but ordering was possiible. At one point I decided to request to get the blue one instead as that one was in stock. The Blue one had a price of €30,71 from the day I have ordered the grey one until the blue one got delivered. I reached out to the store regarding the price difference. When Bo from Appelhoes decided to respond to my emailthe price of the blue one magically changed to €34,90. He said the both color were priced at €34,90 eventhough I have provided screenshots of the page that display the blue one for €30,71.
And here you are responding with a lie. The grey one I have ordered initially was 34,90. The Blue one has been 30,70 from the day I have placed the order up to when I have received the item. There is no other way that I could have a screenshot of it. You thinking that I just wrote a review because of 4 euro's says a lot you. It's more about the principle and letting others know what could happen to them.

Er is een product besteld wat op voorraad is, toen u er contact over opnam was het product tijdelijk in de aanbieding maar toen u het product bestelde was deze de reguliere prijs.
Er is dus niets magisch aangepast, de actie was simpelweg afgelopen. Om dan een review als deze te plaatsen, voor 4 euro zegt wat dat betreft voldoende.

Horrible customer service
Honestly - run!
I ordered a case because it was the only one I could find that had MagSafe compatibility and also hooks for a cord but it was so tight that it pressed all the buttons on my phone. The customer service is more a customer annoyance.. they asked for prove and I send photos and videos, then they asked if „I was sure I ordered the right case“ so I proved I did.. then they asked if „I WAS SURE I HAVE AN IPHONE 15pro“?! Like wtf yes I know what phone I have.. after I send that probe too they were like.. uhm actually we can’t tell there’s anything wrong based on your photos, return the product please.. so I am the one who has to package the case, print the label and walk it to the office? I don’t think so.. that case was 20€ too, like that’s not cheap for a piece of plastic. Horrible experience..

Wat vreemd dat u zo reageert, maar ondertussen wel een retourlabel aanmaakt en het product naar opstuurt.
Op basis van een foto is helaas niet te zien of er iets aan het product mankeert, vandaar dat er netjes is gevraagd het product op te sturen via een gratis retourlabel zodat het opgelost kan worden.

Produits de mauvaise qualité.
I had all the trouble in the world to get the defect accepted by the seller in very bad faith. I had to pay for the return and the one he sent me back had the same defect… Strange…
Finally, he asks to write a review on his products but if they do not suit the seller he does not publish it. Run away!
