Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity has been working with Appco UK for over 12 years. Appco have been an important and highly effective partner. Together we have recruited tens of thousands of regular supporters whose donations have been essential in supporting the hospital’s life-changing work. We are thrilled to be working in local communities with Appco to raise vital funds to make a difference to the lives of seriously ill children from across the UK.

Anthony Nolan have worked with Appco for many years and have created a partnership focused on ethical and effective fundraising. Together we have recruited thousands of valuable regular givers, making a huge difference for people with blood cancer and blood disorders.

Today I had a visit from a lovely guy called Freddie Griffiths. ID 87502556
I took a photo of his id because I felt compelled to write a review and want him to know he is appreciated!
This young guy is an absolute credit to Appco.... he was representing Great Ormond Street Hospital and was fund raising for their new children's Cancer Department. I immediately was very cautious, as I am of anyone just knocking on my front door these days! .... but very quickly Freddie put me at ease and at no time did I feel under pressure. I was extremely firm in explaining why I was unable to make a monthly donation and even though this was the case, I wanted to find out what else I could do and Freddie was a little Superstar, patient and a joy to speak to. He honestly made me smile and I just thought, that's a tough job doing cold calling and I thought he was amazing! Goodluck Freddie, you have a gorgeous energy and Appco/ GOSH are very lucky to have you working on their behalf !!!

Had a door call today from appco uk ,
Girl called Haneen Zain , she supplied a lot of information, very polite, very friendly, hopefully she will have a chance to find out that she have a five star review from me ! 🙂

I was very impressed when receiving a front-door call from a Appco UK rep (a Monica Ghuman - rep 87960079) on 20 December. The call was connected with Appco's Fundraising and Donor acquisition and fundraising for the Great Ormond Childrens' Hospital in particular. I made it very clear that I couldn't give a direct debit contribution as I'd had problems with a charitable direct debit before but said I would separately donate something to the Hospital (which I will now do). What was exceptional was the response of Ms Ghuman : it was friendly and understanding and really professional : I felt it presented a very good image for Appco UK and should be commended : whether a result of good training or simply Mr Ghuman's feeling for best representing her company, it was exceptional.
