Apollo Bay Breaks not refunding COVID impacted bookings
This company also puts up listings for their properties on AirBnB.
Our group was booked in for a 2 night stay in June 2021. We cancelled 2 weeks in advance due to group members being affected by COVID restrictions.
Hiding behind their so called "superhost" status the Apollo Bay Breaks owners decided that they would be clever and not return over $400 of our money even though they fully booked out the premises to another group for the same dates.
If you see the same Apollo Bay properties on AirBnB that are advertised at their website , Caveat Emptor
