- BIG MINUS in terms of response time. This is especially important for time sensitive matters. In my case I started a cancellation process 5 days before the plane took off. This was still in the time frame where I could get 90% of my money back or else it would be 25%. In the latter case I would've gone on the trip anyway and I let them know that. So you can imagine the frustration of not knowing if your trip has been successfully cancelled as each day passes. By the time of writing this review my flight has taken off and I still haven't recieved the results of my cancellation.
If this is reaches Apollo, stop cutting corners on where it counts. It can lead to an anxiety filled experience for your customers.

Apollo destroyed the wheels on our luggage but refuse to pay for it although they PROMISED we would be compensated. This happened in Parga, Greece in August. Will of course not fly with them again, neither will all our friends

My girlfriend became seriously ill during our vacation in Parga and Apollo recommended us to Doctor Padiotis who had his clinic in central Parga. We visited Doctor Padiotis on July 24, 2021, and he and his daughter, who was also a doctor at the clinic, gave a reassuring first impression. There were several medical conditions during the visit that were diagnosed as migraine, dizziness, photosensitivity, nausea and muscle pain from the back up to the neck during the visit. My girlfriend is Greek and clearly informed that we were insured with Maxi insurance via the insurance company Goudia, which meant that the doctor's visit would be free of charge. Doctor Padiotis explained that he was very familiar with this insurance, but still insisted on wanting an extra 50 euros to print a medical certificate. This felt strange when our insurance has to pay his fee. We informed about this and doctor Padiotis changed quickly and said that he can print a medical certificate this time without us having to pay 50 euros. Doctor Padiotis said that let's wait to see how her health will be after five days and update me by phone, and I will send you a doctor's certificate corresponding to how long she will be ill. The visit ended with her receiving medication for five days for migraines.
After five days my girlfriend still was ill and mostly needed to be in the hotel room in the dark. Doctor Padiotis was not able to prioritize visit for my girlfriend and informed us during our daily phone calls with him that he had enough information to write a medical certificate from the first examination until our day of departure, which amounted to a total of nine days and which had ruined our entire holiday which consisted of a total of 14 days.
After a month from our first doctor's visit to Doctor Padiotis and his daughter, we felt that an explanation was needed from Doctor Padiotis when we had not got hold of him or received the medical certificate, and he answered by accusing my girlfriend of committing insurance fraud by forcing them to print a medical certificate for longer than five days, see below email translated from Google translate:

They have been in contact with the doctor and according to him he has issued a medical certificate for the period he can according to Greek guidelines for migraines and doctor visits. He does not recognize that he has accused you of trying to commit insurance fraud. By the way, we have only received good comments and feedback regarding this doctor, so based on the situation right now, we will continue to recommend him to our travelers. It is very sad that you have had such a bad experience in this case, but we can not interfere in the case between you and the doctor ”.

The complaints department at Apollo travel agency does not care at all when their travelers are so exposed to accusations is proven by their email. They choose to take a stand and as if nothing had happened to my girlfriend, continue to recommend Doctor Padiotis to their travelers. Their motivation is that no previous traveler has been so exposed and a traveler is obviously not important enough. It feels very sad that we needed to inform you about how we have been treated by Dr. Padiotis, his daughter and the complaints department at Apollo travel agency, we would have preferred to refrain from this lesson. We can only hope that this post can protect and inform as many people as possible from being so exposed by Doctor Padiotis with his daughter and the complaints department at Apollo travel agency in the future. Because no matter how Dr. Padiotis and Apollo travel agency try to dodge responsibility in this event, these emails speak for the truth.

Great, memorable trip
Thanks to Apollo for detailed planning of everything in a trip. We haven't worry even for a minute. Whole experience was nice and memorable.

Apollo and Novair treating us like a tennis ball to avoid paying out compensation
Inbound flight gets canceled. The new flight they redirect us means 800 euros (total for 2) compensation according to EU law. It is clear as crystal and they are quite aware of it. We apply to Apollo for compensation, they tell us to write to Novair saying it is the airline company to whom one can apply for compensation. We write to Novair, they say the cancellation was caused by Apollo so they won't pay. We add them both in the email and ask them to sort it between themselves; they basically say (unashamedly) these are their final decisions and we should go for an independent ruling if we want the compensation (They literally did this!!). So... this is basically for them to gain time till they pay out the compensation.. But seriously?? Can a company really survive such a ridiculous level of customer satisfaction (or shall we call it fraud?!) I hope they go bankrupt and whoever has come up with this super smart idea (!) to delay compensation payouts by bouncing the customers between them becomes unemployed forever for their lack of ethics.

Avoid them!!
First of all, they sold the hotel and commercial flights to Thailand for a higher price compared to if you booked it all by yourself and the freaking booking class was not eligible for Eurobonus points at all. Cheap rascals! I regret the moment I checked their website. Never booking anything else with them. It never felt like you had any extra protection because you bought the package from them. They would say no to everything and refer to their ”rules” book. No customer-oriented service whatsoever. A disgrace of a travel agency...

Had to book a trip via apollo to some highland outside Creta. Apparently it is impossible to pay for the service through their app, instead whoever answers the call for the booking asks all your bank details which is very very weird. Why on earth would some one give their card details to you, what if you replay it later to any service you want online? who is gonna be responsible if you leave my account empty? quite annoying!!

Shocking holiday experience with Apollo! Entire family contracted illness in the resort which turned out to be documented food poisoning. Pre-booked food on the plan and it was forgotten by the catering team. I had to give my 2 year old my dinner and then went hungry for 6 hours.
No compensation given. Terrible experience.
