Transferred money to Apex Markets Plus, who say they operates with strict adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies. All withdrawals are processed according to these policies, which means that funds are returned to the original source of deposit.
This is not the case in my particular case. I have requested a refund and was told that "Our policy clearly states that withdrawals cannot be made from an account that hasn't been traded on. This measure is in place to ensure that our platform is not used for fraudulent purposes."
However in order to trade actively the company will not provide you with a trading account. As I have requested to trade with the money that I have deposited and no trading account was granted
To start trading, you need to link your account to an expert or head trader's account. Once the connection is established, your copy bot ( starting price for just the bot is $1,500.00 and will go up to $50,000.00) will activate and begin copying every trade made by the expert account. This allows you to replicate their trading strategy and potentially achieve similar results.
But this is not what is advertised on the homepage that you need to pay for a bot and that somebody else will trade with your money.
I would like just to withdraw my original funds that I sent as the verified account holder back into the original account they were sent from originally.
Interestingly Card payments or PayPal are currently not available.
I can only say that I have now tried for several days now to get my money back but no success yet. I would
