Very small portions, limited choice, luke warm so question the quality and very expensive for a school meal. My son will no longer have the school meals. Reallt bad choice to use such poor quality food.

I manage a care home, and we are very pleased with the quality of the food we receive from Apetito. It enables us to provide good food to the residents, which is nutritious, of the right texture and works out less expensive and easier than cooking with our own staff. We still cook some fresh food here of course, but Apetito takes care of the majority of our needs for lunch and dinner.

Apetito deliver to us the same day every week. We get the same truck but each driver has a very different attitude. Today's driver was very abrupt. He wanted to bring the delivery through our door over the new carpet (which he didn't believe was new). He didnt want to take the truck down the side of our building, yet other drivers do not question this.

We recently had the pleasure of welcoming Apetito to our care home for a tasting session, and it was a truly positive experience for both staff and residents. The team brought in a variety of new dishes for our residents to try.
The food was full of flavour, beautifully presented and catered to a variety of dietary needs that looked just as appetising. It was lovely to see so much positive engagement and feedback from everyone involved.
A big thank you to Apetito for their thoughtful approach and for bringing such a joyful experience to our home.

The team are helpful and supportive. It was an easy transition and my team knew that they had help and support available to them. The product is great. Easy to store, cook and serve with lots of Information available regarding nutrition and allergens. Extensive menu to choose from including modified textured diets.

We use Apetito at our residential care home and the residents really enjoy it. We have a mix of Apetito and some fresh food prepared on site and it gives us a really good balance of quality and convenience in a very busy setting. The rep for us is Susan and always gets back to us quickly if there are any issues.

Apetito have been amazing for our service from the initial enquiry through to the implementation. The support offered by Susan and Alex was outstanding and they both continue to support our service and staff. Overall, moving over to Apetito has been a great experience for our service and the meals are all amazing which is well received by our residents and families.

We are a care home for the elderly and were recommended to try Apetito uk as we were struggling to find a chef.
I was reluctant at first to use frozen food!
But I can say 100 percent it was the b at decision ever.
The quality of food is outstanding and the amount of waste is minimal which is excellent and the residents are getting all the benefits.
What has really made this a smooth transition over the last year has been George Shaddick at
apetito | Care Homes he has been nothing but fabulous I really can’t put into words how good he has been with us over his many visits. From showing us the product to taste sessions with Staff and Residents before committing to anything and after purchase assistance wonderful.

I dislike the new packaging, it is flimsy and easily breakable. I have more wastage than I ever had with the foil dishes.

Delivery drivers are very good and helpful.

Communication is very bad. If I am not receiving stock I get an email the same day so no time to get a replacement in.

Excellent customer service the rep is always happy and friendly and incredibly informative. Fantastic selection of foods (both regular and level meals) that taste amazing

Tom from Apetito has been in many times to train our kitchen staff, amend menus when needed, taster sessions etc. Tom is so lovely and so willing to help when needed. He is always available when we need him.

We have used Apetito at our Nursing Home for a number of years.
The quality and variety of the food is outstanding and is enjoyed by all.
The customer service is also impeccable.
Special mention to Jason our Account Manager who goes the extra mile to support us to be able to ensure our residents recieve only the very best!

I’m writing on behalf of crossway house, we are a care home based in Hampshire. We have used apetito for many years now and will continue to use them for the near future.
Not only do we receive extremely high quality food, we also receive excellent service!
We have a lovely support manager named lizzie who is always on the end of the phone if we need her. Always open to new ideas, always wanting what’s best for our home and not pushy at all.
Here at crossways we strive to only provide the best food for our residents. Since using apetio, 90% if not more have gained weight or maintained weight. The food is rich with nutrients and protein. Everything you need in a care home.
Our resident’s favourite are the amazing selection of puddings that they do!
But most importantly for me, I would like to say a HUGE thank you to the amazing, delivery drivers that go above and beyond!
They come in and always greet me, they never make me feel like they can’t stop for a quick chat! It’s really nice seeing my regular drivers as we build a relationship.
Tom who drives the big lorry…. A real gentleman.. so friendly and honestly so good at his job!
Sam who is also another gentleman! We always have a little chat about our day, it’s always a pleasure.
Jason & Georgia both very friendly and always polite.
But all round the drivers are brilliant!

I have been in charge of ordering and serving Apetito for over a year now. Besides the food being delicious, I find the ordering easy and the website very informative. Any changes needing to be made to my orders or any help I need I know I can call the customer help line. Customer service are always very friendly and helpful. My account manager, Laura Mead, is very professional, gets back to me immediately, even when she’s on holiday :) willing to go out of her way to help me and is just a fantastic accounts manager.
