Awful Service from this Company.
I have recently reviewed a very very inferior Pet Stroller purchased from this company. after my initial Trust Pilot review and having been totally unsuccessful in getting any engagement from Aosom until I put up a review on Trust Pilot I am no further on. The company reached out by email with an apology and promised to follow up on the poor quality product. This has not happened and two weeks later no one has come back to me and no one will engage with me to replace this Stroller that is faulty. awful awful service
