If I could, I would rate this company at a 10+. Every service representative with whom I have had contact (over multiple services) has been knowledgeable, patient, and delightful to work with. Without exception, every service call has been handled in an expedient manner. I recommend them to everyone!

Alex knew what needing to be done and was very profressional, and efficient.

Upgraded my Anytech365 plan which included a new secure router (encrypted). Simple do it yourself instructions came with the new router. Called Anytech365 for activation of new router. Peter Smith was my technician and did a great job. He was able to configure the new router with the existing wifi router name and password. My wireless printer recognized the new router and a test page was printed SAT. Excellent experience. Great job Peter Smith.

An unexpected call from AnyTech365 led to me being passed on to the technician Peter Smith who promptly instigated a deep clean of my computer. I have found in the past that Peter is an excellent technician who can explain problems in a non-technical way and with a wonderful sense of humour. The outcome of this deep clean was most revealing and if my computer was a carpet it would look wondeful!! Many thanks, yet again, Peter.

The technician was very courteous and made it easy for us to work with him. The issues with the computer was taken care of and the technician gave good explanation
of the problem and the solution.

What AnyTech365 provides is…
the only service that AnyTech365 provides is only running some programs on your device via Internet! They don't come to your house to help you nor can you go to their shop in Marbella El Rosario N340 km 189.5 and they don't fix your device when internet is not operational.
Very expensive for so little!
I did run an algorithm over the many 5* recessions AnyTech365 has and the algorithm stated they are 98% fakes, what a surprise!

I was really impressed with the thoroughness of the troubleshooting done by the tech, Peter Smith. I have tried many different services over time, and I was mostly disappointed with the results. I am confident that my computing operations will be much improved. No more need to take it to the shop for repair.

The AnyTech365 team has been very helpful. I have been lucky to date to NOT have been hacked but I did not want to take chances. Thank you to the team!

AnyTech 365 did it again! They just helped me put a new router on and got it set up correctly so that it works. Peter Smith did an excellent job and was very patient with this 77 year old man who knows just enough about computers to be dangerous! AnyTech 365 has always come through for me whenever I have a problem, which I get myself into quite frequently they are very patient with people like me who know a little about computers but not enough to do anything correctly. They've helped me many many times in the past and they're all great guys and very patient.
I highly recommend this company to work on any computer and they are amazing how fast they can do things and know what to do to get you out of a jam.
