Unscrupulous business practices!

Before purchasing a product, ANYREC guarantees a full refund of the purchase price if the buyer is not satisfied with the software. However, after the purchase, ANYREC comes up with all sorts of excuses and objections and is unwilling to actually refund the purchase price. In my opinion, this is one of the typical scams that have become extremely common since Hong Kong's annexation by China!

Very satisfied with the product

Very satisfied with the product. It’s light on the computer so recordings run smooth without lagging. I’m also satisfied with the fact that I had to reinstall Windows on my PC and tried to use the passkey I purchased but it said that it had already been used. I reached out to support explaining to them the situation and providing proof of purchase and in a couple of days I’m happy to say that they reset the passkey and I was able to continue using AnyRec without having to repurchase another passkey. Thank you AnyRec. 👍😃👍

Truely easy screen recording software

I was looking for a simple to use screen recorder that could record mouse clicks and keyboard strokes for software tutorials. Many apps out there have this as part of larger video editing suites. AnyRec has several tools that you can install separately but work together allowing you to customize your solution as well as control costs.

The software works exactly as I expected it to. I'm not a video editor and I didn't want to spend much time doing that. I'm very happy with AnyRec for this reason.

I also purchased the wrong suite of products by mistake. Customer service was prompt and friendly. There was a minor price difference involved in the resolution which I was willing to pay but customer service waived it for me.

Very happy customer
