Very disappointing and unprofessional handling.
My experience with Anticimex has been extremely poor. The case has involved weak inspections, very slow responses, unclear communication and what felt like a repeated search for new reasons to reject the claim instead of properly investigating the damage. Important parts were not properly checked at the beginning, and when the construction was later opened and additional damage became visible, I documented everything with photos and also had witnesses present.
Despite this, I continued to receive new objections instead of a serious assessment of the evidence. Both balcony support posts showed damage, and further damage was found in the horizontal beam and supporting timbers beneath the entrance. In my experience, the whole process has been inconsistent, frustrating and very unprofessional. I strongly recommend documenting absolutely everything yourself if you ever have to deal with Anticimex.
