Listings in Rightmove, zoopla and other property sites are not updated! Having these listings live just to get more inquiries and gather contacts is unfair and misleading. This should not be tolerated by the property sites like Rightmove, Zoopla & others!

We rent with them the flat for 9 years ,before leave the flat them do it inspection Albanian guy was checking saying everything is perfect.We waited long time to pay us deposit back and after them come with excuse something was wrong …? And taken off from us deposit 800£ for nothing, stolen money.! Soon I will take legal action with this Agency …! I don’t recommended to anyone, them taken money for anything not just from us …!!! This place have to visit Home Office…

We have lived in the 3 bedroom house for 8 years, we have taken great care of it, decorating, fixing everything necessary with the owner's agreement, without the agency causing any trouble. But when we left the house after it was inspected, first we had to beg for the return of the deposit, which at first the agency did not want to return, then they came with the excuse that when we were decorating the house a bubble appeared in the wall under the wallpaper, they stole £640 from us for that and half of deposit was back to us after 4 weeks nearly.This agency are scammers, we are not going to leave it like this, as we will take serious decisions against them, we will even go to court if necessary. I do not recommend this agency to anyone because it has too many conditions in its way to be able to steal from the tenants

We recently used Anthony Webb to buy a property in Palmers Green and found the whole experience very smooth.

Communication was excellent and we could always get prompt answers to our questions. We were also able to view the property multiple times during the buying process.

They were quick and efficient and the whole transaction could not have gone any better. It took 18 weeks from sale to completion which we were so happy with.

Filippo was attentive and worked hard to ensure the sale went smoothly.

So pleased with how everything went and it made buying our first home much less stressful than it could have been!

Website is not updated. They have properties on there which have ready to move dates from November ( I can only assume means 2023). This is misleading for tenants trying to find properties that have been taken.
I am shocked that a company who deals with advertising properties as their premise cannot update their website.
I can appreciate if it is just one property however multiple properties that I queried about "just went on the weekend" and I called Tuesday PM so why are they still present.

Very bad experience with Barbara from Palmers Green branch. Very unfriendly, not reliable and totally unable to commit to scheduled appointment with client! Avoid if you can! Her bad customer service bring bad reflection on Anthony Webb. Totally careless when it comes to clients. So disappointing!

I gave my property to Anthony Webb who assured me that all necessary references would be obtained. Sadly, within a few months the property was used as a cannabis factory by these @highly professional tenants'.
I was not informed that the rent wasn't paid, I discovered this myself after 2 months of non payment.
The damage caused was thousands of pounds and the stress unmeasurable.
The attitude was very nonchalant and unsympathetic, the owner who I originally agreed terms with didn't have the decency to call me.
James, one of the employees, was the only one who offered some support by dealing with the police.
Very unprofessional, suffice to say I am no longer dealing with them.

We recently visited Anthony Webb to drop off a set of keys to the property we let out. Martin McKelvey and Sophie Delikan were very helpful in also having prepared two documents to give to us on or visit. Very good customer service!

Highly recommend. We recently bought through Anthony Webb in what was, according to most of the professionals involved, the worst ever chain. Tony at Anthony Webb was a huge help throughout - communicative, fair, proactive, and it felt, to us at least, he was genuinely interested in helping the people in the chain get the houses they wanted. Of course he wanted the sale to happen too! And that wasn’t hidden, but there was more than that. Not just a positive experience - Tony was literally a life saver.

I was really pleased with my experience with Anthony Webb - I bought a property through them during summer-autumn 2021. Claudia Sidoli was incredibly helpful - she was very professional, not pushy, always got back to me extremely quickly when I emailed her. Really great service.

Waste of time and money. They took all my deposit for silly issues, never responded to my emails or phone call - wanted to give them ZERO stars

Very straightforward sale. The staff were all very pleasant and seemed on the ball and were always on time with viewings. One small delay with the photographer showing up late but I understand this was a temp photographer as their regular guy was on holiday. Everyone seemed well experienced with no young kids telling you what they think you want to hear. The property sold within about 3 weeks with the one serious buyer identified quickly and since we were not inundated with offers it suggests the valuation was spot on. Would happily recommend Anthony Webb to both buyers and sellers.

When I first decided to sell my property I interviewed several estate agents and chose Anthony Webbs because of their friendly, down-to-earth and honest approach. My initial impression was not disappointed as the transaction progressed, and the team at Anthony Webb have been wonderful in facilitating the sale. The communication has been fantastic, right from the beginning, and I found both Martin and Lee very approachable, good-humoured and very efficient. Martin has been wonderful in dealing with any queries or worries on my part and moved the transaction forwards smoothly and without any hiccups. I am most grateful for the wonderful support I received and would recommend Anthony Webb to anyone who wants to make selling a pleasant experience!

I dealt with Tony Ourris before he set up Anthony Webb when I purchased my first house well over 18 years ago and since then I have followed him around and would never consider another estate agent when buying or selling. The team at Anthony Webb are amazing and always helpful and accommodating, they hold your hand right up to the end and thereafter. I still pop in to see the guys even though there is not sign of me moving in the near future but it is a pleasure to walk into their office. Keep up the great work guys.

Known of Anthony Webb over the years from all the community events they support. This really helped us to consider them for the valuing of our house as we look to invest in a rental property.
