Hopeless customer service
Hopeless customer service. So if you have a package, you are bound two years, even though you didn´t get a free phone. If you change that package after the two years, you are bound for another two years. You can´t even upgrade to a more expensive subscription within the two years.
They have total lack of flexibility and understanding with the customer.
Besides that they closed their offices during the pandemic and after that they closed their offices for renovation. Has been a disaster being with them.
