Fraudulent, I bought contact lenses and they sent me something completely different, then promised a refund but never did. Now the website is offline..

I still haven't got my money back. There is no response to my umpteen mails sent to all the emails listed on their website. Nobody answers the call. The only thing they responded to was my review on Trustpilot. Hope this helps!

27th Oct 2022 - By the way I still haven’t got my money back. Unbelievable! Please stay clear of this website. Buying anything here is equivalent to throwing your money away! the only thing this review got me is a mall response from them almost a month ago stating my money will be credited to my account on the 7th of October. But guess what, no money nor a response to umpteen mails I’ve sent to this organization. The is the mail response I got. The last line especially is a joke in itself coz they only love to hear any questions I have but not show any intent to respond and sort it out.

The very worst experience I've ever had with online furniture shopping. We just moved to a new house and we purchased all our furniture from so many different shops online. All were good except for Annieswarenhuis. I ordered a ladekast a month ago on the 27th of August, they promised delivery within 5-7 days but it went well over a week without a single mail about the delivery details or the delay in delivery. They just took my money and didn't bother to respond. After 5 to 6 emails, I finally get a response(which is only once a week, on Mondays for some reason). I asked them to cancel my order and return my money because after 2 weeks they were still clueless so as to when the delivery would happen. They said they will do so but haven't heard for the next 3 weeks on the topic. Sent 5 other mails after but nothing. Please do not buy from Annieswarenhuis. It is a joke if not fraud.

I bought on 23.09. an electric heater (70-something euros). After few days of waiting and realising they didn't send it I wrote them an email to ask when they plan to ship it. Their answer was they can't ship it soon, so they will cancel the order and refund me. I confirmed it. No refund. Nothing. I called them number of times in past 7-8 weeks, not possible to reach on phone, line not working. Wrote emails asking about the refund, no answer. No heater, no refund, nothing. In few days it will be 2 months after all happened and I can now tell for sure that this is a scam company, I mean- look at the reviews bellow me!
