I was very impressed with my purchase. Also customer service is great. I emailed them because I did not receive my package, it felt like it was a long time. They email me back immediatly and said it was on its way and lo and behold it was I received it the next day. I was so impressed that I placed another order with them. Their selection is awesome.

I received an email from PayPal telling me my order was paid. I didn't receive a confirmation from Annebuy instead they asked if I wanted to complete my order. I contacted them through Facebook messenger and they fixed the problem promptly. I find their diamond paintings beautiful and of good quality for an affordable price. Right now they have an awesome sale on, my first order was delivered to Canada in less than 2 weeks ! I will continue to order from them with no problem!

SCAMMERS They never reply. I never got my order and never will. The reviews are all set up by the so called company. Makes me scared to but from anyone.....there real scums. There's no email Addy non existent.

Among all others, Annebuy is the best place to buy diamond painting. Not only the price is very reasonable but also a great variety of product. Compare to others, if you communicate with them, they will answer and even offers you solutions if the product is not available. Greatest site to buy.

I had a hard time finding any annebuy reviews in my Facebook groups so I was hesitant to purchase. I also don’t like PayPal. The two canvases I wanted only seemed to be available at the correct size on annebuy so I decided to take a chance. I’m glad I did. The shipping took over a month, which wasn’t a surprise. The canvas is a nice quality, the adhesive is sticky, and the square drills are great. Customer Service was very friendly when I contacted them. All in all, a positive experience and I’ll use them again.

I am very satisfied with the paintings I purchased from you. The canvas is of good quality and so are the stones. Occasionally there is a stone with the edge still around it or there is a small piece missing, but I take that for granted. That can happen.

It was the first time I paid with PayPal. Got the receipt.
But usually the company sends a message saying they received the order, bla, bla, bla.
So, I thought my order was lost.

Like the diamond art kits which are a little bit different to most. Unfortunately one of the items in my. last order was out of stock but was quickly replaced by another that I ordered. Would recommend to try this company
