I am extremely disappointed with Anisten Homes. They cannot be trusted. As Landlord I gave them my house for last 9 years, it was so stressful as we didn't receive expected level of service and house has been poory managed and left in a really bad condition. You have to keep chasing them as half of the staff are either part time or not available. I am still awaiting for our 1 month rent to be paid. Not good service at all. Thinking of moving away to another letting agent.

I have dealt with Anistenhomes for many years and have always had a great experience. Nusrat and Poonam have always been very helpful throughout!

I've been dealing with Anisten Homes for the last 5 years and I can honestly say my experience with them has been effortless. I receive my funds consistently each month, and if there are any issues (which is rare) I am immediately informed and the situation is dealt with swiftly. Nusrat Wazir is especially helpful, answering questions promptly and making me feel at ease. I can't rate them enough.

It was very good the communication was great

As a Landlord we have been with Anistenhomes over 10 years. The only reason we are with them because of their dedicated staff Nusrat . Any problems or difficulties we faced she is there and tried to resolve the problems with a positive understanding and treating it as her own . We have a feeling that she is a born professional with a caring mind .

We had a wonderful experience with Anistenhomes!

A very big thank you to Anita, who was incredibly understanding, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. Even though we were unable to gain access to one of the properties, Anita went out of her way to assist us and helped connect us with the customer. Her support and willingness to help truly stood out.

Overall, our experience was smooth and pleasant. We would highly recommend Anistenhomes and would be more than happy to work with them again in the future.

Avoid this agent if your planning to let out your property. Once you hand over your keys and a tenant is found. No inspections take place as agreed prior to agreeing to letting the property out.

The contractors that they use scam landlords, carrying out dodgy electric and gas certificates and without fail, the contractor will fail the inspection to attempt to get more money from the landlord. I've sent contractors that I found online a few days later and they confirm my property is in good condition for gas and electric, surprise surprise... I get my certificates issued with no fuss.

Point to add to this, they have charged to replace garden lights in my property with their so called contractors but on inspection, the lights that are still there are the ones I had fitted a year beforehand.

The contract between agent and landlord.. complete scam yet again with a never ending contract which forces fees on the landlord which is completely unfair.. don't even think this is legal but will further investigate this matter.

Also to add, when we agreed a rental increase and instructed anisten homes to agree with the tenants. I was told it was accepted but later found out that the tenant agreed paying anisten homes more than agreed with anisten home not informing me of this... scammers again..

Can see that they are using many of their friends to leave positive reviews on Google but this will not fool everyone.

I strongly recommend to use another agent and avoid these scammers.

This company has a property next door to my disabled pensioner mother and they have left her with a broken fence line for almost 10years. Even when they had tenants with dangerous dogs this fence line never got fixed properly with Bodge job after bodge job repairs done by cowboy repairmen leaving it dangerous for anyone going in her garden. Even when they evicted the tenants with the dangerous dogs and had ample opportunity to get this fixed, they still never got this done. All I have had when I deal with this company is lies and delays. This company has no moral sense of responsibility to the wider community in which they operate and only seem to care about their profits…

Avoid this place at all costs! They offered a role and then the director tried to cut the salary agreed by £10k. Also tried to make changes to the hours increasing them to 10 hour days and then had the cheek to try and pay £50 per day for a trial week for a 9-6 day.

FOLLOW UP COMMENTS AFTER THEIR REPLY.

As a responsible landlord, I allow the agents to carry out the safety checks when needed without questioning the cost which are extremely high (contractors fee plus the agents finders fee) and they seem to find issues yearly without fail so after their so called checks, I get my own contractors out to complete the checks and confirm with the contractors that there is actually no faults and they confirm this so this is a clear way that the agent and their dodgy contractors attempt to rob more money for faults that don't exist.

Regarding paying the exit fee, I have already explained to the agents that it will be paid once they fully explain their handover procedure to me and complete their hand out to myself of my own property... still awaiting a clear reply to how we can make this happen... these agents are only interested in grabbing your money!
