Poor customer service that doesn’t respond when you report a poor quality item - literally ignore you even when you include the press office - shocking for a luxury brand

I’m very disappointed with the customer service from this so-called luxury brand. After returning an item, it has been three weeks since they confirmed receipt, yet I’m still waiting for my refund.

At the time of purchase, a discount was being offered on Instagram but not on the website—so I ended up paying full price. This feels misleading and unprofessional.

To make matters worse, emails go unanswered and the chatbot provides no real assistance. This experience is unacceptable and falls far below the standard expected from a premium brand.

The so called luxury brand Anine Bing has a terrible customer support. I bought jewelery in the webshop of Anine Bing, but first they sent the order to there own PO BOX in The Hague instead of my home address as mentioned in my order. It takes days before they customer support office understand the mistake they have made. Instead to solve the wrong delivery they say it is not possible to send the order again to the correct address. And when I mention the jewelery where a birthday gift, they are only sorry, but don't solve the problem by sending the order again to the correct address. They say I will receive a refund as soon the package arrive in there warehouse. I'am still waiting for the refund of my payment (January, 18 2025). It takes already more than three weeks and I haven't received any refund nor a new sending of my order. For a luxury brand like this, the customer support is truly embarassing. I have never experienced anythin like this before.

I ordered a top on 5 December, money taken from account on 7 December and item did not arrive until 20 December and as it had been a present for someone I had to return it, as it arrived so late. Return was sent on 21 December, and today 17 January I still have no refund. Keep getting scripted replies saying I have to wait for the item to arrive in their warehouse, however I can see it was sent to them on 23 December by carrier. I had opened a case with Paypal, but Anine Bing advised I close it as it would delay refund, but still nothing.

Anine Bing have had €200 for 6 weeks and still have not refunded me.

Appalling service for a supposed premium product. WOuld have expected more. How do I go about expeidating refund now?

Extremely disappointed with how Anine Bing handles quality issues and customer service. I purchased a pair of boots that were defective after ONE wear, and instead of standing behind their product, they gave me the runaround for weeks. I had to pay out of pocket just to send their defective boots back because their return label wasn’t even usable. And guess what? They refused to reimburse me for that cost. For a ‘premium’ brand, I expected way better. Beware if you’re shopping here—customer service is a nightmare, and you’ll be left spending more money just to fix their quality control issues.

Terrible customer service. Says it 'loves to hear from customers,' which is doubtless why it doesn't respond to emails, wont supply a phone number and doesn't accept messages on Twitter. I bought a jacket which doesn't fit but because it was a sale item, no refunds. Absolutely outrageous. Do NOT buy sale items unless you are one hundred percent sure they will be what you want. I will never use this company again.

I bought a sweatshirt from them, and it turned out to be too big. When I attempted to exchange it, they informed me that since the item was on sale, it was a final sale. However, there was no indication that it was a final sale at any point. They claimed it was mentioned in my email confirmation, but I reviewed the order email, and there is no such disclosure. It's important to be aware of their misleading practices.

Awful website that doesn't work correctly. Tried clothes offline and what can I say- that quality is too overpriced for basic models, many small defects like lining, some sizes are not true to size. don't recommend at all

The worst brand and website I've ever bought from!!! I bought a hoodie during their summer sale... it arrives at my house, and it's a one-piece swimsuit!!! After trying multiple times to find a phone number to call (obviously, they don't have this kind of service, nor do they have an online chat on their website), I decided to email customer service, explaining the situation and saying that I want my hoodie (it was supposed to be a gift), and guess what? The hoodie was already SOLD OUT. They made me return the item without paying any fees, as they should have, since it was their fault. Now it's been over 3 weeks that I've been waiting for the refund. Scandalous, a brand with these prices... what a shame.
And on top of that, being in Europe, I have to wait for their customer service to respond from the U.S., wasting even more time. Is it possible that with all the stores they have in Europe, they don't have a European customer service? Scandalous

Let’s start with the package did not arrive at address listed. I had to hunt it down and ask what the problem was

only emails which take more time and effort and really hard to convey an unhappy experience through back and forth emails

Anine Bing rerouted package but it took weeks to arrive, and the exterior and shoe box was damaged when it arrived

Within 3 weeks and prob five times of wear total the rubber slide had ripped apart at the seem
They will not take it back to exam the defect or take responsibility for a cheap product and even cheaper customer care delivery
Anine Bing is all hype and nothing actual of real style quality or a good team representing the name
Sorry I made the mistake of trusting this brand

They are misleading you to buy FINAL SALE items by writing “free shipping and return on most orders” underneath the items, BUT this does NOT include final sale. so you won’t get to return or even exchange the size even if you are in EUROPE. They don’t follow European rules, and it’s very shocking.
Stay away unless you have extra money you want to gamble with.

Placed an order on their site and I qualified for a free gift with purchase (tumbler). The “free gift” was in my cart upon checkout and also indicated on my order confirmation. However, when I received my order there was no tumbler. I contacted customer service and they said they would look into it and ship one, but I never received anything from them. I also noticed after this that they were listed on the site for sale, so they had them…Left a bad taste in my mouth. I still like the brand and have purchased from other retailers when they have her items on sale, but I don’t think I would buy direct again.

GE5634158671NL How the heck do you get customer services to respond???? Still no response to email nearly a week later and have chased. They also sent a tracking link for DHL that is invalid. Totally incompetent. Will AVOID online. Lovely experience in store and online is a total disgrace.

Since February 22nd I’m waiting for my refund: the refund of a wrong size defective shoes with traces of wear. They have been sent to me just with hope to destock the defective goods. The shoes were on sale. However it’s not a reason to trade such items. The shoes made in Turkey that cost like Ferragamo. I was a loyal customer but Never again in my life I’ll buy from Anine Bing.

Spent $200 on a sweatshirt and after washing once, there is a bleach type stain. I did not use any bleach, washed per instructions and washed in washer by itself. Received a replacement and it happened again. Waiting on a response to see if they will resolve since it is now past the 14 day return window. I have never had this happen before for no reason. If this is the quality I can expect from this brand, I will not purchase from again.

There was no return information in my online order. I have contacted them four times to request them to email me a label. I can print out and ship it back. I have even called one of the stores. There was a very kind lady at one of the stores who said she would let the headquarters know, but still after four attempts ,no one has reached out to me

So shocked at the quality. Decided to buy the grey hoodie with the logo on front. Absolutely mortified to discover when it arrived that the logo was just printed on. £180?! Grosssss

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER! I regret that I only found these reviews when I was looking for information about their customer service, which is non-existent... this brand is bull*$hit! MY SWEATSHIRT HAS ORANGE STAINS AFTER WEARING ONE DAY!!! AS IF HER COLOR WAS WORN. This brand is a mistake! the quality of a sweatshirt for €200 is a mistake! 🤬

If I had a choice, I would not give any stars at all. For a high fashion trendy line w media street cred, DO NOT purchase anything you may ever considering returning. There IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at this company and nowhere to call! No one responds and there is no one who can confirm items being returning to the warehouse. Shame on this company for not managing their growth.

Everyone can make mistakes but not following up for return questions or labels for weeks is unacceptable!!!
