A brilliant practice

A brilliant practice!
We were forced to find a vet for our Billi whilst on holiday, as he wouldn’t stop vomiting and was in severe pain. Not only did the Animal Health Centre help us quickly and competently (and Billi was back to happily jumping around on his lead and enjoying his holiday after just a few days), but we also felt exceptionally warmly welcomed and understood. Even Billi, who is usually very shy, was able to relax during the treatment. Unfortunately, this is hard to find these days; we wish you were in Austria too!

Vet mishandling

I took my King Charles Cavalier to the Animal Health Centre in Shrewsbury. Vet Fahrenholt caused my pet to squeal in pain during an examination through mishandling. No apology given.
