Such an awful experience. Tutors were not very helpful to me, with very limited feedback. Completed the written part of the course over a year ago, then had to wait 5 months to complete the practicals due to a major backlog. 8 months after completing everything I still don't have my certificate, which I have been very patient and understanding about but all of a sudden I have now been told I must complete a lot of additional work because they've changed the course AFTER I finished everything. Raised my concerns with them several times but staff just haven't cared. Wish I'd never went with them

Holly from snap finance was brilliant, very helpful! She talked me through each course and helped me decide the best one for myself. Thank you holly !
I had such a great experience on the phone – the person I spoke with was super friendly, clearly knew the courses inside out, and made everything easy to understand. She explained the email and link process while we chatted and was genuinely upbeat and enthusiastic. You could tell she loved her job, and that made all the difference. Brilliant service from start to finish!
Holly explained everything to me and went through the process making sure I understood everything before booking
Absolutely disgusting company. Well over a year since completion including verification. Constant, near weekly check ins to see where the certificate is for a year and some months just to now be told that theyve changed the criteria (AFTER the fact! As in, since completion of the course and while waiting for the certificate.) And a complete refusal to answer any questions of queries as to whats going on. Just dumped with a stack of additional work with less than a week to do it, holding a qualification thats ALREADY been earned hostage. Thousands wasted on these evil evil people. Let alone the fact that it this delay in the certification has had real ramifications on career and pay.
Avoid. Avoid at any and all costs. Please, for your own wellbeing

Awful, just awful. This is 3rd time our business has used them and on this occasion I am almost speechless. We enrolled on a course and added a card for monthly payments. Unfortunately we were victims of attempted fraud and had to cancel the card and then had issues getting a replacement PIN. Within 14 days they had passed the missed payment to a debt collection agency with no prior communication and have levied a £153 admin fee. I have since contacted them and they are refusing to remove the fee without written confirmation of the attempted fraud from our bank. I offered to show call logs to the publicly available Lloyds fraud number (which we made at 8pm on a Sunday evening) and a photo of the brand new card but apparently this is not acceptable. We will of course get the confirmation but what a shocking way to treat people especially so after what was a traumatic and stressful experience. Stay clear and do not use!!

Holly was very polite and helpful throughout our communications. She was very patient when I asked for comparison of prices of different courses and answered all my questions very quickly and helped me come to a decision on what course I should choose. Thank you Holly! :)
Very informative and friendly. Looking forward to doing this online course to change my carreer.
Completed my course, never got certificate. Emailed several times and just get told to wait 16 weeks. Been 2 YEARS now and still no certificate paperwork. Wont refund or provide paperwork. Scammers don't pay for courses with them.

Holly was positive and reassuring of any concerns or queries. She explained everything perfectly and answered all questions I had about payment plans. Holly was lovely to talk to and waited until I was logged in and ready before we hung up the phone.
Hollie was great and made me prepared for my future. She was really understanding and let me know everything I needed to know!
I was helped by the lovely Holly Mitchell whom was incredibly enthusiastic and knowledgable. She went above and beyond to make sure I had all the right information and could make an informed choice of course, and i’m very happy with the outcome. Thank you so much :)
Very well explained on how the course works and details about the units in this course also gave me a good understanding of how I will benefit from this course in the future
Dont bother. They are more interested in taking your money. Such a shame as I was enjoying the course content and learning something new.

I completed my veterinary care assistant course end of October and was told it would be up to 6 months for my certificate. Since it’s now been over that I contacted student success and customer service and was told the certificate team would get back to me within a couple of days. It’s now been a few weeks, I’ve tried chasing this up and heard nothing from the certificate team. I suspect the reply for this will be to contact student success like everyone else is told to do but not sure why as they don’t reply to emails anyway.

AVOID!!!
Completed my Veterinary Nurse Assistant course over a year ago and like many others on here still waiting for my certificate.
The customer service during onboarding and the throughout the time of doing the course was great but since finishing it's been appalling. Have emailed multiple times about the delay in receiving my certificate, often waiting days and days for a response or having to follow up to get a reply. I've constantly been told that there's a backlog and it shouldn't be much longer but 14 months have passed and I've not received anything. Most recently have chased their student success team three times to find out if they have my correct details to send my certificate to as I was last told it would be another 6-8 weeks before I should receive it. This was 5 weeks ago and not had a reply, so I have no idea if I will receive the certificate or how/where it will be sent to.
EDIT: Contacted student success (again) as requested by the response to my review on the 3rd June. It's now the 11th June and have not had a reply from them. More proof of the lack of customer service provided once you complete the course.

Avoid at all costs. This was THE biggest waste of money. A member of staff presents himself as your account manager and is very nice and helpful when getting you enrolled. But as soon as things start going wrong, he is nowhere to be seen.
The customer service is indescribably bad, but I'll give it my best shot. My assignments were constantly rejected for suspected AI Usage. I reached out to my tutors to explain that the work was 100% my own, and that I was a writing tutor at University and would be happy to provide other samples of my writing for comparison purposes. After 5 days, their response was: "Hi, I heard you were trying to get in touch. How can I help?" They clearly did not even bother to read my message. I re-explained my situation, but since their SLA is 5 business days, I had to wait another 5 days only for them to say they were attaching a set of guidelines to alter my writing style — except they forgot to attach them. I had to point this out and then wait another 5 days for a response, which continued to be extremely useless. This has gone on for over 2.5 months.
There have been times where the tutors missed their SLA, but the customer service staff discouraged me from following up with the tutor because doing so would reset the 5-day SLA. I'm still running in circles trying to get helpful answers on why my assignments keep getting rejected, but it's essentially just a waiting game at this point. Their customer service manager also just copies and pastes what others have already told me. The reviews for this company are terrible for a reason, and I wish I had heeded them before deciding to sign the contract. Even if you have to spend a bit more money elsewhere, it will be totally worth it in the long run.
I have never left a bad review for any company before, but if I can help someone save £400+, I will do it.
