Scam. Doesn’t answer e-mails on any platforms. Steals your money and doesn’t send your order. Deletes comments on all socials claiming they are a scam. Ordered on november 8th and I have heard NOTHING

I have now also been blocked from their socials AND seeing my own order.

Don’t buy!

SCAMMERS!!! Ordered 1st of July still no package, no reply to my email, no refund. Their products are on sale too to lure more victims. Stay away!!!

My husband ordered in January of 2025. We never received the order and they delete comments on their social saying they are a scam. They will not ship the product.

Scammers! I ordered multiple products a month ago. Never received my products, but my money is gone!

I'm trying to get back my money from my creditcard company and I'll definitely contact the police. Those people belong in jail.

Ordered almost 20 days ago still no product or response from customer service...

This was one of the worst things I ever bought. I saw this a while ago online and have been wanting to try it out so when I bought it I spent $40 but everything seemed great so I didn't worry to much. It took awhile but my package still came in. When I tried it the glue wouldn't open, when I finally managed to open it the glue was dried out. I thought this was an honest mistake so I reached out to them and they apologized and said they would send out another package...Til this day I still haven't received anything from them. It's been over 3 months so I don't expect it to come anymore. Really bummed out and all I can do now is warn you guys. Anyways I hope this helps.

Absolutely a scam. Either you have to have some kind of connection or something but I placed an order back in June 2024, paid 37 dollars for one thing and have not received it to this day. I've emailed multiple times and left comments everywhere asking where my order is and no response has been given. Do not order from here. They do not respond and steal your money. Simple as that.

I saw kawaii kisses reviewed on hopescope on YouTube, so I waited until payday and placed my order. All looked completely legitimate. Still not received my item, unable to contact them as the email keeps bouncing back as unable to deliver. I will be contacting my bank to get my refund.

My order was sent back, never received my money back. I sent 3 e-mails but never got any response.

I placed a order it said 8 yo 10 days for delivery I waited over 20 and never received a tracking number or any update of any kind. I could not find a way to contact the company check my order status. There was no where to enter my order number or try to track it. I payed with PayPal so i opened a case and got a refund Definitely do not recommend ordering form them.

Placed an order, waited a week and no order update. Tried contacting and none of their contacting options work. I tried reaching out by commenting on her tiktoks (she deleted my comments and reached out to me) she said she’ll ship my order out in 4 days. And I said I don’t have time for that so she canceled my order but kept my money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Never received any tracking information, emailed the company a couple of weeks after placing the order asking for an update and they promised that it would be dispatched the following day. Fast forward two weeks and I have just received an email stating they have issued a refund with no other information. I would avoid this company at all costs. I will be surprised if I actually receive the refund.

I, too, never received my order.
When I placed it, I didn't get an order confirmation which was the first indication of trouble. After waiting for 3 weeks, I still heard nothing from the company. When I tried to email them, I received the dreaded 'unable to deliver' email.
What do you do at that point? No product, no way to contact the company!
Thankfully, I used Paypal to place my order, so I had purchase protection, but if I did not use it, I don't think I would ever get my money back.
Stay away from this brand!! Total SCAM!
