received my goods today in reasonable delivery time but as many other customers have stated goods are faulty, phones remain unanswered, returns form download on website leads nowhere. The saga begins, will update if i make any headway.

Sent a second hand unit!: I ordered a new Makita sander. I was sent a very obviously second hand one: The box was beaten up , it had a caravan type plug on it (?) , there was sawdust on the handle and the base plate was pretty scored from use, the instruction manual was scuffed and stained with oil. They had thoughtfully fitted a new piece of sandpaper!. Anglia tools sales team : If you're trying to pass second hand stuff as new make a bit more effort in future. Now trying to get my money back , but no answer on the phone.

Ordered a Hikoki nail gun which arrived as per order and in good time. The gun was the best price online I could find. Unfortunately it developed a problem fairly quickly which wasn’t Anglia Tool centres fault. When I contacted them about the issue Debbie was quick to respond and organise a repair for me. After the repair, Hikoki didn’t follow re delivery instructions, which again wasn’t Anglia tool centres fault, which meant the item was missing in transit for a week. Debbie continued to chase this up with the manufacturer and kept me updated at all times. I now have the item back. So in my opinion the customer service was first class and I would feel confident re ordering from this company, as a carpenter who will probably new need power tools in future.

Order #313383. Best price by far for a quality Makita orbital sander. Very reasonable delivery charge. Order placed late on Saturday. Arrived 4:30 pm on Tuesday. 2 free packs of Makita sanding sheets thrown in too which was not part of the deal. So yeah, really pleased and just kind of confused that so many people seem to have had a bad experience. Certainly no complaints from me.

Best price I could find online for a particular tool. In stock, ordered late on Sunday, delivered Tuesday.

I recently placed an order with ATC for what would have been quite a large and bulky package so i needed to make some ammendments to my order and they responded faster than I could have hoped.

I emailed after their customer service had closed for they day and within 30 mins of it opening the next day they had already solved my issue. Outstanding service from Jack and a great experience with ATC.

Wasted 20 minutes trying to buy something for delivery to a very well established address in Edinburgh that has been there for nearly 200 years, FCOL! Gave up and went elsewhere.

What a refreshingly superb service 🙂
1) Makita 36v circular saw was ridiculously competitively priced.
2) Having selected the free 2/3 day delivery option I was gobsmacked to receive the saw the following day !
3) I got in a pickle ordering the saw in a network black spot and ended up with a collection of pending payments so I phoned in the following morning and Debbie (an absolute star and surely no 1 employee?) answered my call, recognised my name immediately and confirmed that only one payment had been taken and that I’d be sent only one saw (phew).
You just don’t get service like this these days THANK YOU!!

Efficient. Simple process. Makita hedge trimmer ordered; advertised elsewhere at up to £ 400 more (!?). Delivered 3 days later with DPD. A good experience. (Sometimes it seems as soon as businesses involve DPD for deliveries, it’s always a +++).

Ordered from them due to the lowest price, which for a Festool tool was impressive.

I didn't receive an "item dispatched" from them, which would have been nice, but the courier sent a "we're going to deliver.." email.

Will order from them again.

Ordered a router online with free 2-3 working day delivery. It arrived the next day! This was very unexpected and very pleasing especially because it was DPD doing the delivery who are normally not too good. Before ordering I phoned the Ipswich branch to find out availability and they were extremely helpful and courteous.

Waited several days for my parcel to be delivered - and contacted Anglia as I was disappointed. Turned out the item had been dispatched promptly on a 'next day delivery' and the problem was with the courier DPD.

Anglia's customer service dept were very pro-active and identified where the package had been left (outside the garden shed of our neighbour's property for almost 3 days!)

Increasingly sellers' reputations are being tarnished by a poor delivery experience.

Some courier drivers don't appreciate that in order for a customer to be happy the item needs to be delivered securely and in good condition.

Yes, they are busy...but that doesn't negate the fact that they have a duty of care to both their customers: i.e. The seller AND the buyer.

Useless, selling items they don’t have in stock now I have to wait days for a refund.
DONT ADVERTISE STUFF SAYING ITS IN STOCK WHEN ITS NOT Wasting my time, looking out for refunds.

Order a metal saw on a Thursday and paid £10.95 for next day delivery on the Friday to find out it will be delivered on the following Monday as I order after 5pm but it didn’t say anything on the web page, after phoning them they said nothing they could do, they didn’t give a toss . I cannot work on Monday now unless buy another one,
won’t be using them again, cost me a lot of money

ordered a hikoki plane front end had play on it , spoke to customer service told to return as was faulty .told me they would send replacement as soon as received faulty item . kept up the pretence of item would be replaced , surprise surprise no stock only refund offered

I placed an order on Friday afternoon after 3.00pm and got chainsaw within 23 hours. Well done Anglia and DPD - Top service from both.

I bought festool plunge saw half year ago. My saw stopped working today. when I reported the need for repair to festool, it turned out that the saw was produced in 2017. How did I buy it new in February 2021 ???

Ordered product on day 1 and delivered day 2 by DPD.
Best payment, price and delivery service I have ever had and I do quite a bit of online shopping. I even phoned to check product and spoke to a helpful human being.

I ordered a leaf blower ..at 4pm Wednesday.. it was delivered Thursday morning.. they are an authorised supplier of Dewalt tools .. price was very good .. cheaper than all the other .. I will use again and recommend too
