Don‘t use them, they kill customers rights

They were supposed to deliver a parcel from Germany to me which they held back and returned to the sender despite me asking them to please deliver several times.
They blackmailed me and tried to get me to give up my customer rights to return it in case of damage. They said that it would cost them extra money to deliver to my area and they won‘t spend this if I don‘t give up my rights.
I am sure this must be illegal but customers don‘t have a chance with this company.
Don‘t use them, they are a very bad company that doesn‘t care about customers.
