Really lovely recipes - I’ve used the free version for a while but decided to pay for the download so I can access easily and get all Reshmi’s variations and storage details. Reshmi has always been really helpful and replied on instagram when I’ve asked for help. 10/10

I ordered a custom cake for my daughter’s birthday, and I must say, I was utterly disappointed with the quality. The fondant was incredibly hard, making it difficult to even cut the cake. It was embarrassing and frustrating, especially in front of our guests who were expecting a smooth and celebratory moment.

The cake itself was dry and lacked any moisture or freshness. It tasted like it had been made days in advance and left out. This is not what you’d expect for a celebration cake, especially one that cost £100. For that price, I expected a premium product made with care and attention to detail, but this was far from it.

This was supposed to be a special and memorable part of my daughter’s birthday, but it turned out to be a complete letdown. I won’t be ordering from this bakery again and can’t recommend them to anyone looking for quality or value for money.

The cake we ordered from Agnes de Sucre was just FABULOUS….amazing design and utterly delicious.

The customer service I received was spot on…communication was faultless from the onset. Will definitely be ordering again from Agnes de Sucre.

As someone who wanted 1, versatile recipe that is easily adapted to be gluten-free, dairy free, and even egg free, this was absolutely worth it.

I can now create cakes with heaps of flavours and can be adapted for friends and family with allergies.

Cake was delicious and all correspondence was great!

Only looks pretty, small size for what you pay and had no taste of coffee the actual sponge/cake. Only the top decor had some taste of coffee. Such a shame.

I bought the Original Hero Sponge Recipe with Variations PDF. It's exactly what was hoping for and expected. When I had a question about something on the document, Reshmi responded speedily and I was able to make the cake I wanted. I've made three hero sponge cakes so far and they've all turned out perfectly. Clear instructions, easy to follow, consistent results.

Ordering process was super quick and simple. Very clear, descriptive and easy to use website. The cake was delivered on time and the text messages in the lead up were helpful in letting me know when the cake would be arriving. The cake itself was beautifully decorated - exactly like the picture and tasted light and fluffy with the perfect hints of pistachio orange! Even with six adults who all have a sweet tooth, there was plenty left!

Our cake was for a very special occasion and we can only thank you for being so helpful and thoughtful in helping to design the most beautiful, perfect and delicious cake!!! Amazing service, could not recommend more.
