Matthew Morgan is a fraudster

Matthew Morgan is a fraudster and a scammer. Like many others, he got a deposit from me and delayed the job for months, and when I asked for a refund turned aggressive. I managed to get a CCJ issued against him. He recently closed his company (as he did multiple times before). If there are others trying to take legal action on him personally, please feel free to reach out to me via LinkedIn. Happy to assist in any ways I can.

Parts and labor warranty

Parts and labor warranty, however I'm having to take their company legal for the fact of being ignored. Even with scam reference numbers being given. It also seems like the director has temper issues when shown problems with the system that should be free for them to fix under warranty. This chasing has been ongoing for 6 months.

Further to my previous 5 star review. I have since discovered so many issues with my installation. I have numerous broken appointments to rectify them, but appointments never attended. Avoid this company at all costs. Please ignore my previous review.

UK’s biggest Fraud company

Fraud company

I wish i had read the reviews before paying money to these thugs! Mathew is a very smart person who is making people fall for his trap!
His girlfriend/wife/partner in crime aka Rhea Potter just takes your hard earned money from you and they both disappear!

Stay away from these scumbags!!!

Deposit paid, no AC, no refund

Like others, deposit paid last December and then constant delays over months, no AC installed, refund never arrived despite promise. CCJ issued and is now going to enforcement. Proceed with at your own risk.

They owe us a refund of £2200 and have taken our money

There were red flags from the beginning, After repeatedly rescheduling/ not showing up to install the AC, a friendly team finally arrived and explained a site survey should have been done to figure out the pipes/electrics.

There was also an additional charge for plastering in which we had enough and decided to cancel. In fact, the team who came to our property agreed it was poor service that a site survey was not conducted by the owner and to avoid it.

The owner said he would refund us back to our AMEX within 30 days because the units needed to be returned to the manufacturer. It’s now been over 30 days with still no refund.

£2200 down- and owner said then it would be refunded within 7 days.
Still not and no one answers the phone

Update *refund was eventually given but all previous points stand with the service, lack of communication and the owner not surveying the property. It was not due to plastering complications, lack of transparency with costs.

Thank you for your review, however this statement is untrue.

We was requested to carry out the works, however due to the complications with the plastering and you wanting to cancel we never carried out the job. The works were paid for via Paypal and were in fact refunded via pay pal, to which you have seen the documents stating this was carried out.

We haven't been able to correspond with you further due to you blocking our office staff's number.

The Bad Reviews Are Real They Will Take Your Money And Run

It all started so well , very responsive when speaking to Matt to book an AC heat engine service in a local school . I informed Matt that criminal record checks were required, he stated that they must have them as they look after numerous schools. Spoke to Rhea paid up front for the works . The it went cold missed first agreed time slot and after constant chasing, according to Rhea they were awaiting Matt's DBS along with a health issue for a child , I sympathized and accepted this. A few weeks went by again of ignored emails , so I requested a refund as I had lost faith in this company again this was ignored . In my next email Matt responded saying he did actually have a DBS but ignored my request for a refund .
I have again emailed on numerous occasions asking to be reimbursed all ignored .
Please save yourself time and money by not dealing with this firm . There seems a very common thread of not supplying services and keeping funds . As per the previous 1 star review , small claims court here we come .

They get very busy, so try and confirm a date early on

I've left a middle review as I never actually got my air conditioning installed from Anemoi Air.

Matt was very helpful at the start and had good communications, he gave a good price and did give me an installation date in about a month. Unfortunately the wrong kit arrived (wrong power and wrong unit type for both internal and external units) and I wasn't able to get a new date. After another 3 weeks of no updates I picked another company. Got my refund about a month after this, with quite a lot of chasing.

Ultimately I think they are just too busy and would otherwise be great. All I ask is for future customers you are proactive with communications as that's all I really wanted.

Superb service and very good prices .
Matthew was always available to ask questions pre installation , and Declan worked like a Trojan in the heat to get it done ( a rather difficult site too ) .
Would highly recommend indeed

Unprofessional and Substandard Service

The initial process of obtaining a quote and placing the order was satisfactory. However, the experience deteriorated significantly from the installation stage onward:

1. No commissioning report or installation certificate has been issued despite repeated requests over the past two years, I don’t know if the installation is safe
2. The company refused to perform the annual service included in the proposal until a Letter of Action was issued. They missed two appointments, and when an engineer finally arrived on the third attempt, they completed the service of five units in just 15 minutes without checking the outside units and 2 of the 5 indoor units and failed to provide the service report.

Additionally, I recently reported a severe leak inside the house to Rhea and Matt, but after more than two weeks, there has been no action or commitment to come out to fix. Proposal says within 24 hours of reporting an issue

Overall, my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. They have not delivered the service they quoted and I paid for, their service when provided has been substandard, their professional standards are lacking, and crucial compliance paperwork has not been issued.
