Total lack of communication

Total lack of communication. Ordered a personalised notebook for a Christmas gift in plenty of time to arrive. Although I received tracking information the item still hasn’t arrived. I’ve called &sotheymade and there’s no answer. Also sent them a message on their webpage and also emailed them directly. No response at all and it’s been four working days.
Wanted to support a small business by ordering directly via their website and not via notonthehighstreet.com or Etsy but would strongly advice against placing any order with this company.
