I highly recommend CrewFacilities to any company that is looking to simplify their travel reservations process and that is looking for a logistics team that will look out for the best interest of their crews/employees. Having terrible experience previously with other companies that handled my travel - I was honestly hesitant at first. Andrea Tsakanikas and her team completely changed my mind on using this type of service for my crews lodging needs. Not only did they alleviate my headache of waking up in the middle of the night to reserve rooms for my crews or creating various credit card authorization forms, her team has saved our company so much money in room consolidation and eliminating all of the empty rooms that I would not have caught. Andrea Tsakanikas has structured and created a wonderful company with a team that is fast on reservations, truly tracks my crew members so no empty rooms are being paid for, gets me the best rates and cares about the well being of not only her team but of each and every client that utilizes CrewFacilities.

I had never known how much money we were losing in empty rooms until I contacted CrewFacilities to manage our travel. I was initially reluctant to pay their fee for the service and I challenged Andrea Tsakanikas to prove that her company would save me money. Just like that, she asked me for records for our last 3 months travel costs. And her team did some random audits and found charges for additional unauthorized fees. Her next question about team members who left the jobsite to be with family over the weekend opened my eyes because we still paid for those rooms even if none of my team used them while our colleagues were away for the weekend. I have only been working at CrewFacilities.com for a short while but Andrea Tsakanikas and CrewFacilities are great so far. CrewFacilities is fast paced. The work is challenging and Andrea Tsakanikas is a fair-minded executive. I also like working for a women-owned business.

The only reviews left here are left by employees. There are NO clients who will leave a good review. Employee reviews written by Andrea herself. Or maybe written by Amber. That is more her wheelhouse! They not only treat their clients badly, they treat their employees the same. I would have given them Zero stars!

Andrea Tsakanikas and her team have assisted our organization in revising our corporate travel policy, as well as training our teams on how the process can be simplified to ensure we are not over paying on our travel. Andrea Tsakanikas proved to us that a dedicated team with a clear travel policy can ensure we reduce what we were spending on our overall company travel. Andrea Tsakanikas is a true professional and very dedicated to do whatever it takes to ensure her clients are 100% satisfied with her company and their solutions.

Andrea was responsible for building the infrastructure for our travel department. We have a main corporate office in Canada, additional US headquarters and regional offices that Andrea Tsakanikas assisted in simplifying our travel policies and procedures. Andrea quickly transformed a very disorganized communication structure to a much more mature process flow. Andrea Tsakanikas also assisted in training our travel team on best practices to vet facilities, track and coordinate our crew members, and audit all charges with the accounts payable department. Andrea Tsakanikas and her team has been a great tool to upgrade our travel systems.

It is very challenging these days for companies to find an expert to assist in travel and logistics consulting. So many times we are over promised at extremely unrealistic costs because the consultant does not have hands-on experience in managing crews traveling across the country, as well as, “boots on the ground” experience managing and working with facilities nationwide. Andrea Tsakanikas understand what it takes to manage crew travel and their logistics and assists companies in the steps required to control, manage and reduce their overall expenditures.
