Overpromise underdeliver
The site tells you that your lights are in stock and deliver time is 2-5 days. Of course you order because it is a Christmas present and they will arrive well on time. They end up arriving more than 3 weeks after Christmas (the present was for someone living abroad who came over for the holidays so they really had to be on time ). On top of that you find out that before you even received your order there is a sale going on (15%) that you, of course, didn't enjoy. I didn't mind paying the full price in december because it was a present. Now I feel i've paid too much for a service that wasn't delivered. Not a success. I will not order again.

Not hygge but lack of customer service
The customer service of andlight is nearly not existing. The ordered lamp was sent quickly but it had a big fault. So I sent an email one day after delivery with a photo to andlight and they told me, that they will check the opportunities with the producer. I wrote another mail and asked for a replacement, this mail remained unanswered. There are two weeks for withdrawal, so after 10 days I wrote another mail, again without an answer. After 12 Days i sent the lamp back to denmark on my costs and wrote another mail where i explained this. Interestingly one day later I received an email from andlight, that they now cannot handle my shipping fee because i returned the lamp an my own. Another lamp is not in stock, and thats it. No more contact. Now I hope, they will replace my money! Better not to buy things in this store, denmark seems to be more far away than it Looks.

Fast delivery, and great service. My lamps where not the color I expected (hard to see on a picture) but the service was great I just went to thier storrange and got the exact lamps I was looking for. Great service!

DO NOT USE - paid for lamps never delivered!
Really bad experience with AndLight! Ordered lights 8 months ago, due to factory lead times it took several months to get the lights in stock (obviously out of AndLight’s control). Once they were in stock I was billed and they were apparently sent to me in Spain, however, two months later I still don’t have the lights and AndLight have not replied to my last three emails. So, €500 down, no lamps, and no communication from AndLight. DO NOT USE!!
