This was so disappointing

This was so disappointing! I ordered what I thought was 2 blouses, but it was 2 pairs of jeans. The confirmation showed the top, but the name was different & I didn't notice. After at least 20 minutes with AI contact, I emailed for returns. My mistake, no returns allowed! Then I tried to email & DM, but no answer. I was not allowed to return even though I was willing to pay shipping. I had so much time in the return process, I had to just chalk up the loss $400 for jeans that don't fit & that I don't want. Very scam kind of process & I love this website & this woman's style. This company is not into customer service, so if you care about that, do not bother!

Bad customer service

I used to love shopping at that store, but I bought a €75 bag that fell apart in a month, and the worst part is that their customer service was terrible and they didn't resolve anything.
Very disappointed
