Rated 1 out of 5 stars

They obtained my personal details without permission and refuse to disclose how they obtained it.

They sent an ad to my personal email on the behalf of a party known as "careallies.com". The ad contained my name. This email is known only to very few. I have a strict policy on the sharing of my personal details with anyone.

I demanded that anchorComptuer tell me who provided my details. They have refused to do so.

Such behavior is unacceptable. I will not rest until the guilty party is exposed.

But, that is not enough for anchor. They just suffered a data breach. Now my info, that they were not supposed to have to begin with, was stolen. They will answer for it.

I later learned that it was United Healthcare that gave them my info. I did not agree to it, and I have not been a customer of United Healthcare since May (7 months ago).
