Anchanto Philippines.. I was on a call with someone from this company, explaining my needs and business specifics. However, when he realized that we were not a good match (I was looking for a 3PL warehouse, but they only offer software and do not provide warehousing), his tone changed, and he abruptly ended the call. How rude! He didn't even say goodbye. I had more questions to ask, but he just hung up.

nonsense and unprofessional ethicless qa directors are screwing up organisations

Unprofessional people that did not focus on delivering the best product for their user. We pay top price to integrate our app to wareo and promised to be integrated with custom plan wothin 2 months. But planning itself takes 1 month and we need to keep reminding them to have a progress and arrange discussion. They offer less than optimal planning and straight up abandoned custom request previously agreed.

i signed up with one of their subsidiary, SelluSeller, for eCommerce Management, i paid for custom plan, to have 2 Xero integrations, and i was promised that it will be delivered within 2 months. but i was delayed over and over and over again. it has been more than 6 months, and nothing has been accomplished.

my account manager, aditya, went missing for almost a month without getting back to me on any updates when i asked for a refund. he just gone missing.

he only came back recently with a bunch of excuses, and still reluctant to refund me the money when they could not delivery their service.

Anchanto Pte Ltd is a Singapore registered Company, and i will make a case with the Singapore authorities and also the Malaysian authorities to claim back my rights.
