Don’t use

Don’t use. I ordered blue the great from paradise club and it’s literally rotten weed. It looks burnt it taste horrible and it doesn’t smell good. If this is the kind of service that you deliver no thank you.

This was my first time ever using…

This was my first time ever using amuse. From my experience I do not recommend using. I had been using Dube and decided to switch to Amuse because of pricing. That was a bad decision. You really do pay for what you get and that is poor customer service. Amuse kept me waiting over 4 hours for a delivery. They were two hours late delivering. I waited outside for over thirty minutes. Driver never showed up, when I texted the driver he said there wasn’t parking so he couldn’t deliver. I then sent him two pictures of street parking right out front of my place. He said he had cancelled the order and couldn’t help me. I then tried contacting Amuse. I was met by an AI robot who did nothing but send me articles for help. There is no customer service line. At the end of the day I ended up walking a couple of blocks through the homeless entrenchments of San Francisco. Willing to do this any day over the service received at Amuse. My recommendation would be to use in person dispensaries. They are just as cheap, and won’t keep you waiting and wondering.

My driver arrived demanding I come…

My driver arrived demanding I come downstairs to take my product.
I told them I couldn't come down and he gave me attitude.
I waited for him to bring it to me then he called again saying he went up the wrong stairs and would not do it again!
He told me if I didn't come down he was going to cancel my order.
I can not leave my place that is why I ordered a delivery service.
He had an attitude and said he was canceling and drove off.
I will never order from here again and will be telling those I know not to bother with this company!
Pissed off. I waited 2 hours for this.
Only to have this occur.

Missing an item…Item received was short!

The order delivered was missing an item and the item I did receive was not a full ounce. Do not buy and have delivered because you do not get all the items you purchase and what you do get is short. That will be my last order with Amuse because they do not respond. You only get the same old "Bot" response with no answer and never can talk to a live person; only through texting so people like me are just lost when you are partially blind and unable to use the cell phone like you want to. DO NOT BUY FROM GREEDY CHEATERS!

The Worst! Even Worse! Scammers

I have never had a purchase are transaction where i felt so violated or disrespected by a merchant! I placed my order with Amuse about 3AM Saturday morning 8-27-22. It is now 1:30PM Sunday and my order has not arrived. I've checked multiple times on the status: I'm informed That my order will be delivered on the 27th at the original time. I've tried calling and get messages that my call "can not be completed;" I just contacted Aero pay and cancelled my order: 34000046905.
Not once during the 24 hours after my order was placed did anyone from Amuse reach out to explain what was going on!

I finally placed an order with EAZE. I placed that order at 8:30 pm. They delivered within 45 minutes!

I was going to wait and let my Amuse order be delivered until I saw a notice saying my order was going to be "delivered today the 27th of August of Aug.....between 1pm and 3pm.: That was on 28th.

Such a complete lack of concern or respect for their clients time are Weekend plans and needs!

A Day after my order was canceled AMUSE RE submitted the order and charged the full amount to my bank! What Scam Artists!!!

I'm very misplaced with my order

I'm very misplaced with my order. I placed my order yesterday at 7am for times between 12-1 and wasn't contacted till 2:30 that my order couldn't be fulfilled till 4-6pm. I told the representative that I had work at that time and wouldn't be home to receive it. We communicated the delivery for the next day. between 12-1. The representative never placed my order and after hrs of draining energy speaking to that crap amuse bot I contacted airgraft customer service who told me my order couldn't be fulfilled till 4-6pm. I can't spend my entire day moving around a schedule that can't be kept. Eaze was way easier. They honestly don't give a crapabout customer service at amuse

I was excited to order from a new…

I was excited to order from a new delivery service, as Eaze seemed somewhat unreliable (I thought but boy was I about to find out about unreliable!)

I’m not sure why they have you choose a delivery window at all. The first time I ordered from them, I got an automated text saying it was coming at the previously determined time. Then immediately got a text directly from the driver saying they were almost here. That ended up being fine that day bc I was already home, but otherwise I would have just missed it?

I chocked it up to being a new business and maybe a careless driver and tried again. I chose a time window. The time window came and went and I heard nothing from anyone. There is NO customer support available. The chat bot can supposedly tell you the status of your order but when mine repeatedly said “undefined” I needed to speak to a human. No way no how!! There isn’t a phone number, email, or option to chat with an actual person ANYWHERE on their site.

Somehow by googling I found an “amuse 911” email. I wrote to them and the auto reply said that most issues can be solved by using the chat. I’m not joking. I forwarded their email to themselves several times, with increasingly impatient language and continued to only receive the auto reply.

After hassling them, the money was refunded but no one spoke to me at any point and the delivery just was never made. I am pretty sure that being held hostage by impending delivery (I stayed home for like 6 hours waiting), that the lengths and frustration I went through trying to communicate with anyone at this company, entitled me to more than just my money back.

Getting my money back would make sense if I canceled the order sure. But entirely ghosting a customer for days? Can you give a girl a promo code or at least acknowledge how badly you performed at your one purpose?

I came here to write this after ONE more attempt to give them the benefit of the doubt (why I don’t know) and after selecting all my items, go to order and there isn’t delivery available for days. You have to be kidding. I live in a major city! And I was attempting to order on Wednesday at 6pm!

Just absolutely do not use this service.

From my personal experience. The moment you distribute your songs in their site, they start complaining about copyright issues even if you have a contract with BMI or ASCAP. Then after sometime, they block your account and profit over your shoulders with youtubeid, reels and tiktok monetization. Complicated to deal with. The support is terrible (Jonas) everytime bugs you complaining about some music that you have created.
I did a test one time creating an AI music with Avaia and they raise a copyright issue for that even i have the legality to release the song. This site is a trash.

Their website is crap

Their website is crap! Always crashing and never accurately displaying what they have in stock, Charging you for orders that do not go through and giving you hassle. There is always an issue ordering with them. Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY FOR THEM, THEY ARE TRASH!!! We need to teach these businesses to do better and the only way we can do that is by hitting them in their wallets- do not buy from here!

Please Allow People To use numbers in their names ..if they want

Please Amuse I request you to actually respect our artist names/stage names .
My stage name has a number in it but you don't show it which misleads people!!
My stage name is "T4 Choyce" but you show it as "T Choyce"
Please put some respect on your customers' names and please you should eliminate that rule of not allowing to use numbers in names like u were before.

I should've known that this was NOT a…

I should've known that this was NOT a legitimate cannabis business because the prices alone for certain brands are TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE; & further to my frustration, the website is impossible to access in order to create an account; the website, however, is set up in a way to take advantage of customers who decide that they want to pay in advance, using debit or credit cards.... #huge_disappointment....

I was supposed to be on the 12-1…

I was supposed to be on the 12-1 delivery. I have not received a text telling me it's on its way. I have been dealing with this since 8ish this morning. It is now past 1pm. Called main number several times and waited for a rep over 10 min each time and the phone tells you there are no agents and hangs up on you. Customer service was overly apologetic but could and would not accommodate this oversight on their part. They don’t communicate/text when there is an update to your order. I spoke to a useless supervisor Myrna who wanted to explain the process after I have heard the process several times already. It’s almost 1:30 and she could not just call a driver to expedite the order from 8ish this morning. She only said there is a “route” the drivers take. Well Myrna,that driver, some girl with a name sounding like Zyra at the main line (that you can’t get a hold of anyone most of the time)all should be versed on their process instead of the poor manager Myrna who only reads scripts. Myrna, think outside the box. Reading, problem solving, and critical thinkin are fundamental for a supervisor. MYRNA How did you get the job!?!?!

Was super excited to try this out but the crap website won't let me create an account let alone sign in and try to shop. Wasted a good hour trying over and over again to create an account and login. No luck! I probably won't be back. It's not worth the time.

I left another review on a german thread, that was more kindly towards the company (perhaps more Bot driven or whatever..). I had the same experience as you lot, and decided to write the CEO via Linkedin, which I think we all should be doing....no one should get away with downright fraud... Here is a Copy of the txt I mailed him.... His Name is Diego Farias, and you can easily find him on Linked in....:D

Dear Diego Farias,

as I have been trying to get thru to Costumerservice about a Complaint, I felt compelled to inform you the CEO of amuse, about possibly fraudulant activities within the Company.

I have made a Record and released via amuse, made some money on it, and was not paid out. (this is it in a Nutshell). I hope there is a Compensation for my Trouble you can offer. I'm sure there is a Solution to this, and that you as a CEO of said Company, would rather be made aware of some of the Companies workings.. Thank you in Advance

What customer service?

What customer service?! No one you can talk to. No human effort. If there is anything wrong, you won't know for 45 days! No kidding. And then, when you try to fix it, it's a maze to figure out how to talk to them. Then you realize You Can't! Yes, it is free, but at the cost to your sanity. Nope! No more. I'm telling everyone that they have TERRIBLE customer service. Probably a small group of ne'er-do-well stoner millennials watching cartoons. No time to actually run a business that could be profitable. No hope. Goodbye.
