Absolutely brilliant people! A&M UK Security Ltd have previously added upgraded cameras to our CCTV system. We then 18 months later, upgraded our WiFi to full fibre and the connection from system to phones/iPads was lost.
I called Openreach the WiFi installers whom, were of no assistance whatsoever so I called A&M UK Security for advice. They gave it some thought and then returned my call, questioning whether the TP Link had been connected to the new network. Sure enough, Openreach had left it still plugged into a socket in the location of the discarded modem.
A&M UK Security Ltd declined my offer of payment for their service and said that resolution of the issue was reward enough. Top people and we are so grateful as, we are retired and live in a fairly remote location.
