Ordered about 4 times now , Steve always answers to any emails I send… delivery is 7-14 days but worth the wait… can’t fault the products and probley the best b12 iv ever used , results are amazing kicks in the next day I would highly recommend it’s NOT a scam

If you are looking for b12 and more dont go anywhere else. Steve is always at hand for help. Delivery was spot on and prices really reasonable. Great products and thanks Steve for amazing customer service!

I had been looking for B12 for a while and came across Ampavit and first thing I did was go straight on Trustpilot.
They had good reviews so I thought why not!
The reviews didn’t do them justice
Too class service start to finish
Ordering was easy, paid by bank transfer and my B12 arrived on time
The product itself is second to none, I’ve tried a few and this one just works better than than others I’ve tried so you have a life long customer
If I had a question, WhatsApp, it was answered extremely prompt by Steve.
I can highly recommend enough for every aspect of the journey especially how good the product is and the customer service!!

I have ordered from Ampavit a number of times now. I have always been pleased with the goods I have received, they have always come in tact and in excellent condition. I order the B12 which I use myself, it’s probably the best B12 I have ever had as I feel the most benefit from it compared to other products. Product is delivered when stated.
Payment is via bank transfer which I was initially dubious about but this company is a million percent genuine.
I have spoken with a gentleman called Steve who is always very responsive, polite and helpful. Definitely recommend! X

Received my order of vitamin b12’s very fast and had no problems at all it’s not a scam.

Initial I was sceptical about this company but after placing my first order and I received it with no hassle, I trusted them and ordered more which I also received with no hassle. I’ve been ordering from this website for a while now and I’ve not yet had any issue. The guy called Steve is also an amazing person because his always available to answer any queries via WhatsApp.

Second order received without any problems. Good communication and about 10 days delivery to UK. Great product and service. Definitely will use regular A****

Amazing experience with amps it, the first time it was delivered I wasn’t in and didn’t get to the post office for a few weeks after due being unwell. I called the company to say if I paid postage would they resend it, not only did they send it free of charge they also sent a free under eye cream. I’ll definitely be using again and recommend to others.

Not sure why this company has some scathingly bad reviews as my experience is nothing but fantastic. The communication is excellent, always getting fast responses from the company Director. Payment gateway was perfectly secure and no hassle. Order arrived in around a week despite being told it would take 2 weeks. Quality of products is excellent, all pharmaceutical grade. If every online seller was as good as this purchasing online would be a much better experience!

I will be using Ampavit regularly from now on. Very happy!

Being unsure of sending a bank transfer and alarm bells ringing in my head I decided to risk it for the biscuit. I then emailed the company and received a response that was very polite and worded like a human being and not a translate tool.

14 days later the delivery arrived as expected with a much appreciated free gift!

Always had perfect service, so I trusted Steve with my money when I placed a pre order back in June 2020 ! I was lucky enough to receive my order in February 2021, as soon as released for export. Perfect and as always I will be back next time !

Do not deal with this company. Placed and paid for an order 2 months ago. Still no products and no communication despite my threat of informing the authorities. Shame as previous experience was much better. The total lack of communication is unforgivable, if you cannot fulfil an order at least take the time and have the decency to let your customers know.

I received my order in good time, communication was clear and product arrived well packaged.

The process of ordering means you have to order, pay (Not through the website) and then receive payment confirmation which does feel slightly nerve wracking but by order arrived Promptly. Sad to hear of the below experiences, hope the company amends them soon.

Do Not Send money to Ampavit. This is one large scam. Sent money 7 months ago. Got a few emails saying waiting on stock. All lies, get in touch with your bank thialand authority. Terrible taking sick people's money.
