Patience by agents in answering all our questions. I spoke with this agebt2 to 3 years ago. American Family wasnt the cheapest bid at that time. They asked could they reach out each year to keep trying to earn our business. This year they saved us a lot of money over State Farm who we were genuinely happy with as well but they had some hikes this renewal that made American Famiky the choice.

While I enjoyed working directly with the corporate office staff to purchase my first insurance policy with American Family, through the Costco Connect program, this last cycle I called a local Am Fam office and changed my policies to that office. I prefer dealing with a person locally, as we did years ago when we had Shawn Furlong, as our local Agent, here in the West St. Louis area.

I switched to American Family after 30 years with State Farm. My agent, Jason Lightner made the switch seamless.

My agent, Kevin Gillan, is the absolute best.

The agent got me prices for car and home right away, and car insurance was half the cost and home saved 500.00 a year.

AmFam truly cares about their customers by treating them like valued, unique individuals - that's the key difference. AmFam listened to our needs and helped to develop an insurance portfolio that not only beat the others in price, but also provided better coverage overall. Costco did an excellent job vetting a partner insurance company that values their members as much as they do. This is what insurance should be, truly caring about protecting their customers. We are new to AmFam, and the experience has been unmatched so far.

Too early to tell. Also the Drive My Way app rates me negatively on things beyond my control such as frequency and time of day. Plus it says I had hard braking when I had to for wildlife and crossing rough railroad crossings on the highway. That's annoying
