Not a cheap suitcase and absolute…
Not a cheap suitcase and absolute trash. Made in China. Very low quality. The American Tourister suitcase lasted one short journey from UK to India and back and then the wheels gave in. I drove for three hours to the one and only American Tourister repair centre in the UK and guess what? They cannot repair the wheels. Made in China. The case is brand new and I haven't even removed the paper packing from the outer pockets. It was purchased six weeks ago. Since it was a gift, I cannot provide a receipt of purchase and I don't know where it was bought from. The "repair centre" cannot accept the suitcase without a receipt. The only thing left for me to do is find a dustbin large enough to put this trash in. Extremely disappointed. Do not waste your money on American Tourister trash. You have been warned.

Good products and good price. Not Transparent in product feedback
Good products and good price. I buy directly from the company and all is fine.
The 2 stars have been reduced because they did not publish my review on their website as it is. Not even a courtesy reply saying thanks for the review and getting in touch to solve any issues. My time and efforts to write a review have not been appreciated.
So, the reviews on their website are 100% biased and are allowed only if there is a significantly positive review. I look forward for the company to become transparent and engage directly with genuine customers and their feedback.
