Newbie Golfer Experience
Called into the Wakefield store today in search of my first set of clubs, greeted by members of staff straight away, I was then assisted by Ed throughout who was fantastic with me, there was absolutely zero pressure from Ed, I was given the opportunity to test various options and given good advice and feedback on my queries and experience. Having visited another golf shop (Golf Direct) prior to American Golf, the difference in knowledge and customer service was night and day, great experience and felt confident in my purchase at a reasonable price, highly recommended store and staff, thanks.

Toni Louise (Wakefield)
I walked in the shop and a young lady Toni Louise asked if I needed any help i replied I was looking for a certain driver and Toni Louise showed me to the stand and asked if she could be of any more assistance , I told her what driver I was using at the moment and said I liked that set up , Toni Louise then said fine we’ll take it from there then so I tried the driver and the figures that came back suggested that I needed to change something so Toni Louise explained the data to me and so I tried a regular shaft and it actually got better ( the data) so hopefully I can carry this onto the golf course,everyone in the shop staff wise were very open and friendly I thought Toni had an understanding of what I wanted and needed , and very polite , I thought the pricing was pretty decent and also came away with a putter all under my initial budget hats off to American golf 👍🏌🏿♂️
