The shop staff helped me to make the purchase as they had the item in stock and made sure I could pick it up at a suitable time. The only criticism I can make is I had initial decided on buying the item on line and at the same time wanted to use my American golf birthday gift from you I had intended to use your click and collect service which said I could use my birthday gift code on line unfortunately it did not recognise the code (the code 2as entered correctly.) Maybe you could look into this issue as it was frustrating.
